Hey Cristoff, glad you found the lesson helpful. Writing down the shapes and the intervals was definitely what really helped me understanding the whole thing back in the day.
The benders are a lot of fun to play. I don’t use the modes that much in my everyday playing but learning them definitely helped me connecting the dots in terms of music theory.
