He is one of the nicest person. In May 2008, memorial weekend, I was on standby at London's Heathrow and saw this very tall person walking thru the terminal. There was all this buzz from other passengers so I thought he was a basketball player. I finally got into business class and there was only one seat left open, next to me. Eventually he got on and sat on my left and on my R side, in the next aisle was president and Roslyn Carter. President Carter got up and shook everyone's hands from the first row in B/class all the way to the back of coach and worked his way up. When he got to my traveling partner's seat they both started to exchange admiration that they're fans of each other, he got up to the overhead bin and he pulled out something and handed it to P/Carter. Finally curiosity got the best of me and i asked if he was a baller. He started to sing a line from "Tonite" and immediately i knew who it was. We chatted for practically the whole 9 hours (he told me he had just done a concert in Scotland, was connecting to NY to meet up with his wife and they were heading directly to Dubai) aside from stopping to eat and watching a movie. Twenty minutes into the flight landing in Atlanta the secret service came over and asked montel to take a picture. I don't know if President Carter presumed because we were talking so much for so long we were spouses but next thing i know I'm being beckoned to take pics with P/Carter, Montel and the SS was taking pics of all 3 of us. To this day I still cherish those pics and to meet P/Carter, a man whom to this day I admire, was the highlight of my trip!!
