Here's how to preserve meat and use it when you don't have time or can't prepare a full meal. This is a recipe for canning meat in a water bath, just like our grandmothers used to do. 2.6kg beef
250g onions
Use 4-5g of salt per 500g of raw meat
22-25g salt
Black peppercorns
1 tsp vegetable oil
pimento
Bay leaf
500-600g potatoes
vegetable oil
1 onion
250 g mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
Green onions and parsley
