I love that these videos are so realistic--they got depressed, they cried when they sold their home. That's totally how it is but it is so worth it to be out of debt.

So inspiring. We are on our last hurdle the mortgage. We are paying it off with every cent we can find. It does get hard at times because that means no vacations, going out, and all the rest of the no’s. We have decided our backyard and grill is our vacation spot. 🤣 we sit outside and grill out when we feel like vacationing. 😂 I Definitely have learned to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Like how my backyard smells like honey suckle this time of year.😃🌞

My husband and I are just like you two. My husband works and I’m a stay at home mom and homeschooling our two daughters. Been at it for over eight years at the end of this year December we will be done with CC debt. Needed this encouragement able to see the light at the end of this tunnel. Also the reason we are on beans and rice.

I'm a widowed Mom of 2. I sold my home, moved to another state, paid cash for a new one, and am debt free with money in the bank left from the sale. I have all of my financial ducks in a row, (trust, will, retirement etc.) all because of Suze Ormans advice over the years :)

Only debt I have is my home and some tickets . My house pays off itself since I rent it out soo it's not a concern . I personally would never finance a car and put myself in a hole and I don't ever live beyond my means. I'm all about saving and investing hopelly when I'm 30 or 40 it will pay off 🙏

No, you don't. But I think it's wise for women to be prepared to have a career in case the whole 'get-married-stay-home-raise-babies" thing doesn't ever come along or work out.

They did the total money makeover by Dave Ramsey ( the guys channel that you are on now) This is just pretty much telling you or showing you that it can be done but they leave out how (marketing to you with out giving you everything)what this program is all about and what not. Hope that helped a little.

@nicolepritchett1390

No offense but What exactly are you looking for them to tell you? They paid money on their debts and paid them off. They sold their house, they downsized etc etc. paid off debts smallest to largest for 7 seven years, watched spending...

This is another situation that is a WE. What about being single. Most are We......and what is this about no vacations and eating out??? Who can afford that? What about new shoes for the kids, or clothes? Even consignment, where I go, can be iffy. Sometimes the electric is late being paid....eventually it gets paid only to be due again in a few days. Vicious circle.

She didn't go to college to become a stay at home mom. Life changes all the time. Maybe it made more sense to stay at home with the kids when they were younger because of the outrageous cost of child care. Then when they got older they decided to home school them for various reasons. I dont know why it matters to you. You aren't footing the bill.

@mchristr

Yes, I agree. We should put our children in the public school system so they can face the fact that they are simply molecules in motion and their lives are ultimately meaningless. The audacity of mere parents believing they know what's best for their kids.

@justinmccabe19 When she said that I didn’t stop watching, but I did roll my eyes. There are so many unqualified parents out there homeschooling their kids. Unless you have a degree in education, you should be sending your kids to school.
