Seen like 50 of your interviews. I've watched this particular one 5 times! I really relate to his advice on writing as a way to have a clearer mind. Tim pretty much sold the on writing well book.

Great interview Lewis, thank you.Tim's comment about "the where of happiness" being something we overlook really touched me. I grew up on a farm and now I live in the city, and I sometimes feel a little crazy if I go for a few weeks without seeing and experiencing some kind of greenery.

After I have discovered and read his book one month ago, he is now my new man crush/hero. I'm not gay, but I love everything I have seen about this guy. From the start of 4hr wk week, he seemed a little like a scam artist and a cheater. But after seeing him in recent videos, I love his attitude and precision. I plan on reading every book Tim has recommended.

Today is not the best day of my life and my best friend who has no idea of my day send me a link to "How to Build a High-Traffic Blog Without Killing Yourself" that lead me to listening to more of Tim's interviews at first didn't know I even liked him. But, as I listened not always agreeing but open I found myself listening without my little guy stop making noise in my head allowing me to listen and have truly appreciating his mind. It made me think about how I was better at thinking and getting over things when I went for a run or played sports it was easier or seem I could handle things better now I know what has been missing. Than to hear him say "positive thinking over rated" that is what will keep me wondering what else he is up to.

Yes open mindedness is of utmost importance for any type of meaningful dialogue or connection. True spirituality is very scientific and mathematical and way beyond our complete comprehension in this realm. Tim I hope one day you come out of the closet in being a spiritual being and more fully share your experiences - lucid dreams, meditation etc. Your greatest gift could be bringing the scientific and spiritual together thereby helping people to understand from this view point. “You have to inoculate yourself from fear by facing the fear..” Thank you for an amazing interview.

Tim's stance on being scientifically "spiritual", when he said that although he had experiences that led him to believe there's a lot more going on around us and inside us, he chooses to just stay with his "karmic guideline", which is EXACTLY my take on spirituallity. The fact that you have to be empirical and honest is what most people intentionally ignore in order to use spirituallity as an emotional crutch, despite their claims that they are searching for "the truth". Also, this interview wouldn't be so good, if you didn't ask all those great questions, Lewis! Actually, this podcast came at the most appropriate time for me, since I've been thinking about starting doing podcasts too! Maybe I could interview you sometime! :)

I never understand why people are fascinated with learning how to lucid dream. All my dreams are lucid. Always have been; since childhood. I cannot imagine not knowing that you're dreaming and not being in control of yourself or your surroundings when you dream. This isn't a dig. I just can't wrap my head around it.
