may i ask if its ok not to unplug psu even you dont use it? or it may over heat if you dont unplug it?

When you test, which colour codes did u plug your multimeter to? Yellow and yellow or yellow and black?

My 980 SFF can't turn on normally until I've push the black button on the PSU, hold it while pushing the power button until there's a loading screen or Windows logo, then I can releases it. Is it a faulty PSU or something I can easily fix?
