From Michael P in Watford - just spotted a Mercedes Benz T1 310 for sale in Classic Trader. It is in Germany, 1987 plate with very low mileage of 20, 805 Km and was in service with the local fire brigade. €13, 900 Euros. Love the blue lights on the top, just what is needed when fighting your way through traffic. It’s a beautiful machine , if that was in the U.K. and had a right hand drive , that’s mine.

Hi..Just came across your channel..Glad to see a 310D operational..These were originally Walkers Crisps delivery vans..Normally really reliable. They didn't have shutters on the back originally..just a door. The box was double skinned. I bought my 1995 model, from a dealer in Oxfordshire and it came straight from Walkers Crisps flleet, registration was M716 GBD..so from the same batch..They are plodders and didn't like headwinds and would crawl up hills..Sounds familiar ? I bought mine in 2001 with 151k on the clock..Sold it in 2014 with 314k and never broke down at all. I used it for removals. . BTW..i joined AA as they would cover it for normal prices, The RAC wanted it insured separately. ..ALL the best on your travels..i will be following you ..

From Michael P in Watford - I have noticed on a couple of videos you have said that you don’t want to name place exactly where you have parked up etc. Of course , you are absolutely right- I guess this is to stop loads of people turning up potentially ruining the environment there , and also you don’t want people following you as this is your personal adventure and you want to enjoy the places you visit with total freedom without loads of people turning up and being annoying - it would certainly drive me mad. I hope you don’t experience this at all.
