I'd play the shit out of this game if it didn't have the gacha and just had.....idk you needed to grind out 5,000,000 hero coins to unlock characters they added. And could directly purchase if you didn't wanna grind. Gacha just doesn't feel good, and it killed my want to play with how many new characters and variants there are now
@@crismotionproduction3519 bruh, save for pity. if you didn't burn your 1600 on AFO banner, you could have used them on Mirio banner and then pitied AFO.
The entry discount cost system is their attempt at getting more people to buy their overpriced tickets. $200 totals out to about 800 roll tickets which is 8 of the 10 pulls and you’re not even guaranteed the character you want for dropping that much cash. You need 2,000 tickets to be 100% guaranteed a character, that’s far too many.
The entry cost disscount is useless. Once you reach ace the disscount doesn't matter anymore. The entry cost it's ok it forcess you to play better as u reach more in rank
been asking for it since we had it removed, the most trivial and tiniest function i want back in-game in a future update. the cancel action function lmao, you used to be able to cancel a drink by hitting it again. now you gotta roll or melee, sometimes i cant move from that tiny lil bush lol
they should bring back the premium tickets that made it so much easier to grind out tickets without having to pay like you had to be carefull about your summons but at least it made you summon more than once a season.
@@Globku To be fair if he just protected someone with his body the effect would be way too small to even consider. It's weird, but a practical solution.
Just make him automatically move to where the attack is coming from and give him a different meter for taking the damage. If they're getting jumped and you cant block everything good that makes sense lol @Ender41948
The fact they made pay to rank is crazy💀I made a ten pull got plus ultra I was so happy that mirio appeared just to get his fucking skin like why tf are u able to get the skin while not having the character💀
they're actively making good changes but ignoring the gacha issues... it has to be deliberate because its the one thing people agree on when people ask whats wrong with the game
As someone who has an account on Nintendo switch has almost all the characters and roster in the game, (pulled twice btw today.) But I can agree, the gacha is just essentially a lucky probability of getting the character or not and grinding tickets for it got worse.
@@tahaa. Your kind has the weirdest take on this matter. You have all the characters, so what are you complaining about? Lucky? It's more unlucky that you don't get anything. The real issue is people don't want to grind daily cause they don't want to no-life the game. And that's understandable. Other games exist after all.
@@danieltsiu7383just because he has all the characters doesn’t mean he’s not aloud to complain about a predatory gacha system, there’s literally nothing weird about not liking that 💀
everytime I try to play I get off when I see I can’t even play more than one match with new characters to at least play before try to get them then I see how impossible the odds are and how much they want for it
I keep saying this, why don't they just drop down the premium daily tickets down to 2 a day? Your paying like what, 99 cents for daily tickets so drop that down to 2 which we could still save but it will just take a while and it will still at least give players some reason to spend money.
YES! I'm F2P, but I've grinder this game a lot, since it's release on consoles. But through all the rolls I've done, the only character I managed to get from the Gacha is Kirishima. Thankfully the character tickets you get with souls get updated every season, so I finally have Aizawa now, but yh, they have to make the rates better in order to keep the majority of players happy.
Been actively playing the game since launch and I've never gotten a character from their banner. I only got aizawa from the twice banner and got endeavor from afo one. Really annoying gacha system
Wish they can add characters in the special license instead for summoning I’ll rather grind for them than use tickets for them I don’t see them changing it
This is actually brilliant! They should add, like, 10 - 20 new ranks to the special license every time a new character drops and the final reward is the new character!
The shield is referencing the scene with Eri, bit of a weird visual they chose but you can literally see him throw his cape over like he did in the show and manga.
@@Windjammer19 Obviously not, but it's a game. So it's realistically not a big deal lol I like the shield and I think they did a great job adapting him into the game. Anyone who says otherwise is just kinda prissy.
Mirio was one of two characters I was looking forward to. As someone who actually likes playing with brawlers in battle Royale games like this, Mirio just... doesn't hit it for me. He's fun to play as, don't get me wrong. But the hitboxes are wonky af so it's almost impossible to hit someone, particularly with his alpha where people can just dodge roll to avoid the first hit. I know he's only just come out, but I feel like they really need to buff the range of his hitboxes.
Its like the game makers are desperately trying to be like," The gacha system isnt bad! Look you even get perks for gambling!" Like that's gonna make it better
He definitely takes some getting used to and there's a few issues with him, but overall I've enjoyed my time with him so far. Great takes as always, Globku.
globku when any new character/quirk skill set gets released: "this character/skill set might be great....but it all started when the gacha system attacked"
If Mirio (lemillion) got one for all, and was able to use all the quirks without succumbing to the quirk doomsday factor, he would’ve been the greatest hero- a suped up Danny phantom with a toolbox of quirks.
I really think Mirio is gonna be a high skill cap character and I'm super pumped to try to main him... iiiiis what i would've said if i had gotten him in the nearly 600 tickets i spent. That aside, i do think his alpha def needs tweaking, and they need to standardize which structures he can phase into and which ones he cant, because going for an escape up a building, just to realize this one just happens to be one where its not allowed is really sucky. Sure you could learn what buildings you can do it with and what ones you cant, but i really think thats way too much work just to learn a singular character, not to mention it doesn't really hold true to the point of permeation
When i first saw the rank discount i didn't quite read it yet or hear about it, i thought it was: If you get to a vertain rank and get enough points, you can just straight up buy a character or skill set, my disappoinment was thick after i realized what it really was
we need more people to talk about the gacha because they shouldn't incentivize people to spend money on a game that has such a bad system, it's not very user friendly and that should change
So long as people consistently spend money gacha systems will never change. Why would they change a system that is practically printing them money? We need to understand that at the end of the day gacha companies see us as a dollar
Was on a Match tonight and Alreadt someone found a glitch or Hack playin as Toga, Copied Mirio and had his Premiation on preminatly so you cud not hit her for the entire gamr
In single player action rpg games, gacha being this level of bad is far less important, as in most cases you can still do the content you want to do, just maybe not with all the characters you want (but tbh it'd probably still be recieved very poorly EVEN in that context). But in a game where the content IS the characters, and thats the main pull of the game, and the game is centered around battle royale pvp combat, the gacha situation needs to be vastly different. Its not just "ohhh give the players more rewards, dont make us spendd," its "i genuinely cant get what i want, even if i play this game all the time. Wtf." Tbh i guarantee that the gacha system, ironically, actually pushes LESS players to spend and support the game because of how expensive tickets are and how absurd the pity is. No one wants to drop hundreds of dollars on a singular character or skin, and if the only players you're appealing to are the whales who'll spend no matter what, then it's a surefire way to upset every other member of your community and make your game extremely hard to approach. Tbh this game would probably doing FAR better if the gacha was 2-3x more generous, thats how absurdly bad it is imo. They already have a system for repeats of costumes and stuff, just keep all that stuff and if players wanna deck out their character they can spend some money, that way you might have players spending less money on average, but the number of them doing so will absolutely increase drastically Edit: not to mention, allowing players to actually get and play the characters THEY WANT will make them happier. Happier players = more positive approach to the game. Happier players = players more likely to get other people into the game. Happier players = players more likely to support the game. Happier players even = players who are more likely to provide constructive feedback to improve the game because they're enjoying it even more than now. I REALLY like this game, but its one of the hardest games to recommend to friends because of this awful gacha/character unlock system. Its far worse than so many other gachas i know, and this is in an asym battle royale game with varied movesets and characters locked behind said gacha. Lastly, i get what they were going for with the trial run change, but dear god making players suffer by only allowing one play a day is not the best way to get them to spend, i can nearly guarantee that.
Btw Globku the shield is possibly an homage to when Mirio covers Eri with his cape to proetect her, since he swings his cape around himself in the animation.
You know, i wish i could say the gacha system isn't bad with all the character tickets and stuff. BUT NO I HAVE 3000 HERO SOULS FROM PULLING COSTUMES AND IT MEANS NOTHING, I UNLOCKED THE TICKET CHARACTERS ALREADY TO BEGIN WITH SINCE SEASON 1, PULLED 7 AIZAWAS SO AIZAWA GETTING ON TICKET JUST MEANS MORE NOTHING. If they make it that you can unlock all the characters with the ticket but newer character costing 3 tickets while the older ones just cost 1 or something, i might not really care about it y'know. They need to atleast change something about the Hero Souls shop if they're sticking with the gacha because having so much hero souls means nothing if you're just gonna buy 1 recolor for each 3* costume you have for the entire game.
Its a Bandai published Gacha. They wont fix it at all. If anything they will keep making it worse. Like what happened to DB Legends butchering their already butchered gachas. Cant wait for the anni banners in that game to not have any increased pull rates.
He's unfortunately weak + his attacks often don't connect which make his gameplay experience pretty bad. He gets countered by pretty much everyone he needs some big adjustments
@@PsychoYandere No he definately needs some adjustments and asap some of his problems are literally bugs where he doesnt connect or weird terrain makes him be in disadvantageous situations
BRO i went on a rant with my friends..... bro before you use to get 100 tickets for reaching silver gold and ace they now decreased it to 30 tickets. Im so mad im fuming bro
No cap Globku, you not really that good at this game lol. I watch Settano, Charasmatic Demon and Stray. I know they are really good so that may not be fair but sometimes your reviews on this game are based on how good you are and you end up not having as much fun or giving it that good of a review. Love your page tho. You def the 🐐 of anime games frfr.
It happens all the time with me. 2 seasons ago I got hella lucky pulling endeavor and Togo now I feel like I’ve been punished and I’ve only pulled that plant lady with the guaranteed character ticket.
I think that he just needs some tracking on his moves to make them hit better. Twice had a very similar issue when he released with his Gamma not snapping to opponent and his knifes being too precise to aim. if Mirio's Alpha gets better tracking so it hits more reliably like Iida's Alpha, and his Beta comes out of the ground a bit faster, he'll be fine.
Honestly I feel the easiest fix for them to keep incentive to buy tickets and lower the frustration with the system is to just make pity universal to every banner and to roll over with every banner change that way at least you’re constantly making measurable progress towards characters, costumes, kits etc without relying 100% on gambling As for Mirio he can do good damage but his skill ceiling is very high, the alpha is hard to land but I’ll notice a lot of times the charged alpha will hit but I won’t get any kind of hit sound (but my Allie’s will see me clearly connect and do damage). So partially there’s some hit box issue going on and just a perception issue.
I don't know if I'm just uber lucky but I got Mirio in 5 pulls. The Gatcha system has been pretty good to me for the most part. mind you, I play this game every single day and haven't missed out on any tickets. so if you only play the game occasionally, maybe I can see you not having enough.
That's the thing though... if they play the game occasionally, then the system should be even better for them because characters drop to hero ticket pool. Meaning you still get a "new" character every season for essentially free. You don't have to grind to get a "new" character. Grinding is for playing a character day 1/ without having to wait the 8 month period. Aizawa is free now. People who didn't own Aizawa before now have something new to play with. And if they play occasionally, I doubt they've played Aizawa yet outside of maybe a few matches through rentals.
One’s justice 2 deserves the love this game gets imo. It makes no sense that ppl enjoy this random type of gameplay where stupid things can happen and ruin the fight immediately over a balanced game where you can predict or things are a bit more consistent. I’m all for variety but not if it means dying to spamming or constant 3rd partying y’know . Plus the fighting is much better in one’s justice they should’ve adapted it better for the BR instead of giving everyone projectiles
good that mirio is in the game, but can they make hackers go away? And also that one bug that completely changes my mouse sensitivity on my PC and the game at the same time?
I don’t care about the gacha much, i like the improvements with graphics and I think there was a fps boost (I play on ps5) other than that the new characters and quirk skills every season is great along with a new map /mode every couple of seasons is also cool but there’s always something that’s wrong apparently
This games system is horrendous and all, but with how long i took a break i see 1 postivite for f2p longevity, as we expected outdated characters are unlockable with tickets and Aizowa is free now, so as long as this continues every season will at least slowly bleed characters into the f2p community
I've had the permeation bug out sometimes, ill have it activate but I don't get the effect of it, i can see it clearly draining in the R(special action) spot but its not actually working, it's only happened a few times but still annoying when it doesn't work.
no no no. u shouldnt have made this video. The reason you dont have tickets is because aquistion sucks which made u not feel like playing at all in the first place. You not having them is a result of the terrible way to get them.
We need to be allowed to buy characters straight up. I was so excited for this game waited 2 years for it to come out and dropped it within a month because its impossible to pull the character i want. If you want to guarantee a character it costs almost 300 dollars for one character. Otherwise just wait months on end to save up tickets. I dont want to waste months of my time to unlock ONE character that came out forever ago. Its so greedy and horrible i cant believe anyone still plays this. They even changed rental tickets to cost more per play so you can't even try out characters anymore. This game is disgusting in all honesty. I cant stand it and refuse to play till they make significant changes.
