Awesome video for the 2013 Oakland A's playoffs! This was supposed to air in-stadium prior to each home playoff game in the 2013 postseason. MLB Commissioner Bud Selig called the Coliseum a "pit" and following that A's Owner Lew Wolff complained that fans only show up for the postseason. In both instances they stressed the need for a new venue.
An investigation revealed that no one from the A's, nor anyone involved with the making of this video, was allowed to reveal why it was pulled and not aired in-stadium. However you can put two and two together.
If you love Oakland and you are an A's fan, you will love this video. It is simply perfect. But when it doesn't fit MLB's narratives, it must be deleted. Anything that could be seen as endorsing or empowering fans of Oakland, the A's, and/or the Coliseum is anathema to their imperialistic financial and economic policies.

Thank you and R.I.P. Roy Steele. The Oakland A's were my baseball team due to their former AAA affiliate and my hometown Tacoma Tigers in the mid 1980's as a young teen. Your voice Roy as the P.A. announcer for the Oakland A's the best in professional sports !

RIP legend and we will be back hopefully in our new ball park for good near Howard terminal and Jack London creating new memories and winning championships again like we did in the 70s

This stadium could be like the great and mighty Dodger stadium if anyone had any sense. Step 1. Get rid of the Raiders. You want your own stadium. Built it and go play there. Step 2. Gut the coliseum like a pig and restore it to a baseball stadium ONLY. Spend almost as much as the Dodgers spent on their stadium renovating it into a modern prime baseball that it once was. Do this and our great team will have a great stadium to play at and their fans will have a great stadium to watch at.

Lew Wolff and Bud Selig are fraternity brothers. Remember, Selig sabotaged an earlier A's sale to Piccinini a few years prior to Wolff purchasing the A's. Selig attempted to orchestrate a contraction of the team and/or relocation. Bottom line, he wanted MLB out of Oakland. In order for Oakland to save the A's, it'd take more than a new stadium; Selig and Wolff needs to be out of the picture BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY (Malcolm X)
