There's a sequel to this song that Charlie Daniels did with Johnny Cash, Travis Tritt, and Marty Stuart if you're interested, called The Devil Comes Back To Georgia. Also every one of those artists are worth checking out in their own right. Johnny Cash is a absolute legend in Country music. While Travis Tritt and Marty Stewart were big in the 90's (a golden age for Country Music). Make sure to at least check out Travis Tritt's trilogy of videos. (1) Anymore (2) Tell Me I Was Dreaming (3) If I Lost You. The three songs link together telling the story of a disabled soldier named Mac.

So good to see you again! You're looking good and I love your new car! Charlie, at the beginning is introducing each band member, by name, then he thanks the city of Saratoga for having them. Then he says they're ending the show with one of his new single. Not all Southerners speak slowly but most still have a "drawl" even when we speak fast. A lot of people don't know but Charlie was petrified of performing live before giant crowds. He started out as a studio musician only and he did that for many years. When he started his own band and hit the road and then become famous, he struggled greatly with performing live. It continued to bother him for the rest of his career. Notice his hat with the big brim pulled down low over his eyes? That's intentional so Charlie couldn't look up and out at the huge crowds. Even the most famous people suffer from such anxieties. Such a classic song. I want to suggest you react to a 14 yr guitar prodigy Taj Farrant. He wrote a song called Crossroads when he touring last spring. He plays every instrument on the song and sings as well. He wrote it thinking about Robert Taylor's song Crossroads. His specialty is the blues and he had a RU-vid channel where he covers many guitar players best known songs. There's a lot of footage of him playing live. He currently does an incredible job with Prince's Purple Rain at his shows. He played it also when he was 9 on Australia Got Talent but to say his playing is really good now is an understatement. He released 2 songs in the last couple is months and they both debuted #1 on the Australia and US blues iTune charts with his last song Cruz also debuting #1 in the UK too. I recommend seeing his own songs but to really be blown away watch some of his concert footage of him playing and singing.

The song that introduced him to the world was SOS from the Chinese show I Am A Singer 2017. He was a 22 year old Kazakhstan singer, he's now 29, who could and does sing it all. He sang a total of 13 on the show . G. Wu's YT channel has a lot of them with English subtitles and very important back stories. Dimash's entry in Wikipedia explains the show and gives the songs, order that he sang them and how he placed against well known, established Chinese professional singers. Maybe just watch these on your own to get an intro to Dimash and then decide if you'd like to take the Dimash Journey! Would love it if you did!! 🤗💞💞💞

I think the better artists out there are the greatest storytellers! John Denver, Jim Croce, James Taylor, Johnny Horton, Dolly, Emmylou Harris, and many others. Anyone can sing a song but who can give it a soul and tell the story!

LOL ... listening to that accent, as a person from the North, it is as hard to understand as a New Yaaaawkkkka with a glass of wine or two. One of my best friends is from Queens, but went to college in NC ... lost the accent. When he's at a party and has a drink or two, you can't understand a thing any of them are saying, so you just laugh and watch.
