Wow! Things are a lot cheaper in the Northeast, here in Espirito Santo I cheap pizza is around R$45-65 while a good one goes for around R$80+

Damn you have been living in Brazil for 2 decades. I'd be interested to hear your story, and how you think Brazil has changed in the last decade. My first experience there was in 2013 in the south. I lived for a while and I loved it, but recently went back after being out of the country for 10 years. I felt like things changed a lot socially, but it is still great.

Where does it feel like home to you buddy?! I myself am from Espirito Santo here in the Southeast Brazil, but at 15yrs my family moved to Boston where I lived until I was 35yrs and then I spent 3 more years in Florida and 2 years in San Francisco. I came back to Brazil mid pandemic, but for some reason when I think of home I think Boston. Really weird!
