This is the MOST DELICIOUS I've ever eaten! Best way to eat eggplant! The tastiest eggplant recipe! It tastes better than meat and the result is amazing! Simple vegan recipe. It’s so delicious that I cook it almost every day! If you are looking for an easy and eggless recipe, make eggplant this way! Learn the new way how to cook eggplant! 🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
❗You can modify the filling up to your taste and ingredients preference.
❗You can substitute cashew ricotta cheese (click the link and see the recipe on my channel )
for tofu, soft cheese or feta.
🥣 Ingredients:
1 eggplant 🍆
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp oil
1tbsp water
1/4tsp mixed spice
150g | 1 cup all purpose flour
40g | 1/4 cup semolina
1/2tbsp baking powder
pinch of salt
100ml | 4fl oz hot water
1tsp oil
150g | 1/2 cup cashew ricotta cheese ( click the link and see the recipe on my channel • This is the MOST DELIC... )
30g | 1oz cilantro
1 tomato
chopped walnuts
🥣Method:
Peel and slice 1 eggplant into 0.3inch | 8mm thick slices.
Arrange on a baking sheet.
To a small mixing bowl, add 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp oil and 1tbsp water.
Season with 1/4tsp mixed spice and mix until combine.
Brush eggplant slices with the sauce.
Roast in the preheated oven 390F | 200C for 20 minutes or until golden and soft.
Combine and mix 150g | 1 cup all purpose flour, 40g | 1/4 cup semolina, 1/2tbsp baking powder and pinch of salt.
Pour 4fl oz | 100ml hot water and 1tsp oil.
Knead the dough.
Cover with a towel and set aside for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 3 equally sized pieces | 80g each.
Roll out into a circle (1/4inch | 0.6 cm thick).
Use 150g | 1/2 cup cashew vegan ricotta cheese ( click the link and see the recipe on my channel • This is the MOST DELIC... )
Chop 30g | 1oz cilantro and mix into vegan ricotta.
Spoon some of the filling and spread over the dough.
Add roasted eggplant slices.
Chopp 1 tomato.
Season with 1/2tsp ground coriander and salt. Mix well.
Seal the edges.
Bake in the preheated oven 480F | 250C for 10 minutes.
Brush with oil (add herbs of your choice like cilantro, parsley, thyme etc.).
Enjoy these delicious vegan recipe with eggplant and cashew ricotta cheese!

I modified this recipe to a non vegan one since I didnt have vegan kaju cheese and has to put a mixture of Turkish white cheese and labneh. I and my mom loved it very much. Thank u We cook Vegan.

También incluyo la descripción de ambas recetas en español a continuación: Esta receta: 🥣 Ingredientes: 1 berenjena 🍆 1 cucharada de salsa de soja 1 cucharada de aceite 1 cucharada de agua 1/4 cucharadita de especias mixtas 150g | 1 taza de harina para todo uso 40g | 1/4 taza de sémola 1/2 cucharada de polvo para hornear pizca de sal 100ml | 4 onzas líquidas de agua caliente 1 cucharadita de aceite 150g | 1/2 taza de queso ricotta de anacardo (haz clic en el enlace y mira la receta en mi canal ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oO_ETSeVcJI.htmlsi=rnHQJMLdADT9KApL) 30g | 1 onza de cilantro 1 tomate nueces picadas 🥣Método: Pele y corte 1 berenjena en 0,3 pulgadas | Lonchas de 8 mm de grosor. Combinar y mezclar 150g | 1 taza de harina para todo uso, 40 g | 1/4 taza de sémola, 1/2 cucharada de levadura en polvo y una pizca de sal. Vierta 4 onzas líquidas | 100ml de agua caliente y 1 cucharadita de aceite. Amasar la masa. Cubrir con una toalla y dejar reposar durante 10 minutos. Divida la masa en 3 trozos del mismo tamaño | 80 gramos cada uno. Estire hasta formar un círculo (1/4 de pulgada | 0,6 cm de grosor). Queso ricota vegano: 🥣Ingredientes: 250g | 2 tazas de anacardos crudos 2 cucharadas de levadura nutricional 1 diente de ajo 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo 1/2 cucharadita de sal Ralladura de 1 limón 120ml | 1/2 taza de agua jugo de 1 limon 2 cucharadas de aceite 3 cucharadas de eneldo fresco 🥣Método: Coloque 250g | 2 tazas de anacardos crudos en un recipiente. Vierta agua caliente y remoje durante 1 hora. Transfiera los anacardos remojados a un procesador de alimentos. Agregue 2 cucharadas de levadura nutricional, 1 diente de ajo, 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo, 1/2 cucharadita de sal y la ralladura de 1 limón. Vierta 120ml | 1/2 taza de agua, jugo de 1 limón y 2 cucharadas de aceite. Unidad de proceso muy cremoso y suave. Pruebe y ajuste la sazón según sea necesario. Coloque todo el queso sobre la estopilla. Gire la parte superior suavemente para formar una discoteca. Asegúrese con una banda de goma. Looks wonderful of course. I would have to completely eliminate the cilantro, could i use chopped parsley instead. Cilantro tastes like soap to me, I would hate to ruin such a beautiful recipe.

enzymes are responsible for our digestion. The chemistry is very specific and delicate. 1. ptyalin (enzyme, responsible for carb digestion) is destroyed by any mild acid. pepsin (enzyme, responsible for protein digestion) requires an acid medium. this makes a protein / carb combination at the same meal incompatible. Indigestion is guaranteed. 2. the acid from the tomato inhibits the digestion of carbs as well. why do people dealing with food not know these things anymore?
