Cashew nuts, chopped - 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped - a handful
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
For Pasanda Curry
Oil - 2 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Bayleaf - 2 nos
Cinnamon - 1 no
Cardamom - 2 nos
Cloves - 4 nos
Cumin - 2 tsp
Onion diced - 3
Ginger, roughly cut - 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 10 nos
Cashew nut - 10 nos
Green chillies - 3 nos
Salt - to taste
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Tomato diced - 3
Water - 1 glass
For Tempering
Butter - 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped- 2 tsp
Green chilli chopped - 1 no
Kasoori Methi powder - ½ tsp
Coriander chopped - handful
