That is the Sad reality of no contact. At first you can’t live without this person you love, you can’t see yourself without anyone else. You beg for them to come back, you cry, you wanna die! Then you do no contact. And maybe at first for some people, you use no contact to try and manipulate the situation. But then over time that manipulation tactic turns in to self care. That’s when you start to forget about this person you never thought you could live with out. Then they try and come back but it’s to late. And that’s what so sad about this.

Another reason your ex will not come back is that they simply aren't ready. I've done the work and I will not accept less than what I deserve. #mic drop.

No contact period does work. My ex contacted me and want us back together , to start a new chapter all over again after 2 months. But apparently i am the one who lost interest to continue.. 😢

Thing is dude, after the break up self confidence crashes and its hard not to look at yourself in a positive position. Everything seems hopeless.. There is no logical thought in your mind. Its all very well saying do this or this will not happen. Or if your not the type of person who can change then this wont happen. Who can be that judgemental of another. Although, if someone is stubborn enough not to 'attempt' to change the thing that destroyed the relationship then this sounds valid. Im in a position where, Ive been broken up with last week and it hurts like hell. Ive seen her reason and it seems like if I relax more and take on board her point then i 'may' have a chance. Basic Law of Assumption stuff change within and the outside world changes in line with your thoughts. Mine is my twin flame, I walked and left her to it. There was no choice as hard as that was. After 6 weeks I feel a lot stronger and have worked on my self concept solidly. She will be back.

Hi coach Blac, I’m very anxious and fearful at the moment. Its been a week since I’ve stopped texting him over and over again, pleasing him, chasing him to start again. I started my no contact journey. But this fear constantly comes to my mind. And also my ex and I work at the same place. This breakup scene happened when he got a temporary movement to another city. I wasn’t able to handle his absence. Things got worsen and worsen than the past fights for my attention and his space. He is coming here by this Wednesday. What ur opinion when u took her for granted. We were dating for 7 months and broke up 2 weeks ago for a misunderstanding but since i blew up her phone and showed up to her place the day we broke up. So then what do you do in the instance your ex left to be back with their child's parent? I was in a situationship for 1 and 3 months with this woman. Initially, I called to walk away because her actions just weren't matching with her words. She'd say she'd want these things with me, but never really made the effort to make them happen. And I had this discussion more than once. Wonderful woman for the most part and I knew she cared for me and wanted what was best for me; it's just that when it came to making an actual commitment she would get cold feet. Was it relationship trauma, fear of the unknown, scared of being hurt, all of the above? Idk. I just know that it was easier for her to ultimately decide to go with one last try with her baby daddy to see if they can make it work for the sake of their son. Her son is about 15 months old, so he's practically still a new baby. It makes no sense to me whatsoever because she's choosing to be with a man that has historically been unable to commit to her for 7 years. They've been off/on for 7 years and this man has never once tried to propose. Even when his son was born, he didn't budge. So now all of a sudden you think that's going to change? Anyhow, she wanted me to stick around as a friend. Said she wanted me to remain in her life in some kind of capacity if not as her man. She would continue to reach out via text and sometimes I'd call to discuss what happened and how I felt betrayed. Till I just got tired of it and said to myself I'm not going to be sat on the bench while you make up your mind. I have more self-respect than that and you will not use me as a back-up plan in case things go awry with this guy. In addition, it wasn't constructive or right of me to continue to throw up what she's done to me in her face. It was time to stop being petty and handle the situation logically and not filled with emotions. I just decided to have a (possibly final) mature conversation without any tension or hostility. So I told her look, since we didn't officially commit to each other, it's not like she cheated me to be with him. But it was still foul how she conducted yourself and wasted my time. However, if things don't work and she seeks me out, maybe we can discuss trying to start over from scratch. But she's going to have to work that much harder to prove she wants to commit; because I'm not welcoming her back with open arms. But I also told her if you seek me out and I'm with another woman, you just lost out and that's a decision you'll have to live with. I'm not pausing my life and waiting on you. That's just not going to happen. We've been in no contact since 5/16/2023 and I have not reached out since. She did just recently reach out to me out of the blue on social media on 6/21/2023. I kept things cordial and wasn't bitter, but I didn't give her the response she was probably seeking; wanting me to express how much I missed her. That has to be earned and will be a gradual process. She has to show me how serious she really is. In the meantime, I've just been continuing to work both jobs and have been enjoying the company of other women since.

What if it’s a LDR and all of a sudden one of them pulls themselves away and says they miss out everything in this relationship and partying ways is the best for both of them. And since then (4 months) it’s no contact and the person who broke up never tried to reach out.

My ex just told me today that he was not in love with me anymore because of no contact. I went 2 months, this year, April and May, without contact. I changed my number and everything. I broke up with him in February 2022. He had to contact my mom to get me. I asked him why and when he fell out of love with me, he said, "I fell out of love with you at the end of April (this year 2023). It was the hurt, the betrayal, and you doing me that way." And it is helpful in healing/moving forward, faster.😉 like ripping the bandaid off quick 💥. NoContact always works BECAUSE the sole intent is to get into the POWER POSITION. IF the ex comes back and you still want them, then that is the bonus only, not the purpose.

So my ex and I were in a relationship for a month and a half. When we started a relationship and we where good. He was caring and sweet. I had started making plans with him that i would vist him after graduation next summer. He tolf me he didn't want to scare me off. Always mad me fell important But as time went on something happened where we got in to a little fight. We got over it and we where good. Then 3 weeks later I texted him one night he told me I was gorgeous. Then the next day he stopped talking. Then that next weekend I was working at my school's connsession stand for softball districts. One thing lead to another some how he ended up blocked on my snap. I asked my friend to text him to ask if he was OK because I though he blocked. He blocked her. Well I unblocked him to find that he had blocked me. That next morning I had a panic attack and the next week I texted him no response. Will no contact work in this type of situation. Because I really love him and feel like we belong together. I have go no contact for a just over month now. Just wanted some advice because I want to work things out with him. I have really been working hard to improve because I was really anxious when we where together because I thought that if he didn't text me with in a half hour to an hour that he was leaving. I know that was not healthy thinking so I have be doing things to change that. So if you have any advice on how to proceed that would be great. Because I really feel that if we can get through this we can be a great couple. He was really there when I need him. And If he does reach out like my intuition is telling me how do I proceed.
