Burger architect tip: split your lettuce down the center along the spine halfway and then twist it onto itself until it starts to "cone". this will give you a nice layering feel with only one piece of lettuce.
Hey I hope you are well :) I just wanted to tell you that Jesus loves you :) I met him last year and his love transformed me and I stopped all drugs, addictions and I was saved from death several times. Know that he can heal you from any illness, free you from your past, from everything you are experiencing at the moment and give you eternal life (Hell is real, there are many testimonies). Tell Jesus: I want to be saved by your love, I recognize that you died on the cross for my sins, I ask you for forgiveness for all my sins and I want to receive the Holy Spirit. Your life will then change if your heart is decided to change and follow Jesus
You dont need to add seasonings to your burger if you cook it right and have enough flavor through the toppings. You just dont know how to cook it right 🫣
Pretty solid smash burger. Much better than 90% of folks on here. A couple things I would recommend though. Dice your onion, throw a little pile in the pan, lay the ground beef ball on top, and smash it into the onions. Second would be to hit it with a little salt, pepper, and garlic once you smash it. Then hit it again with the seasoning when you flip it. My normal spg blend is 30 grams of salt, 30g of pepper, and 30g of garlic powder (not garlic salt). That mix should be enough to fill up an old spice container. P.s. you're awesome. Keep it up! 😊
@@ainauyoon4438 without boiling? I did as the lady in the video. Pressed the meat in the skillet (so it’s like pan fried) I didn’t make it as thick to ensure it cooked properly. You can always cover the pan with a lid if you want the meat to be thick, so the steam stays in, and oil doesn’t go everywhere… just make sure it’s not TOO hot otherwise you might burn the outside and not cook the inside.
I miss doing this 🤤 I had an old spatula like that, heavy duty that I loved for making smash burgers all the time; the handle was missing, but I kept it anyway just for smash burger-making, cheesesteak chopping and eggs ❤🍳
I work at a burger place where smash burgers is our specialty. Our balls of meat we put on the grill are way smaller than that and we smash them super thin. People love them.
@@41052 Smash burgers get smashed really really thin. As thin as possible. They basically get into just a crispy disc of meat. There's not much juice in them, just a very strong and even browning and a crispy texture. What they lack in juicyness they gain in flavor and crispyness.
@@eg769it’s just a burger ball that’s smacked down with something over it and the pressure of your own weight. It’s a new phrase everyone, who has been previously oblivious that you can make a homemade burger with ground beef and not necessarily with a frozen boxed patty, is using nowadays 😂
That's looks very appealing and delicious. To make it even more delicious add the secret ingredient the restaurants fail to do, but fast food places add to make us addicted. Add salt to the meet and mix it to cover the surface area of the ground beef before you shape patties.
Love it! Just a couple things I would change. 1: Season that meat very well. 2: Smash way harder. The thinner the beef, the crispier the bite. You don't have to worry about it drying out if it is fairly fatty ground beef especially since it cooks so fast. Overall looks very good!
@@lady_leaf_in_the_wind the trick with smash burgers is to make them very thin in order to create a crispy beef exterior all over. You can then stack multiple smash burgers to get the amount of beef you want and achieve that level of crispness. You are actually supposed to smash the shit out of it.
That is not a smash burger. Those patties are just regular patties that she flattened out on the pan instead of doing it on a table. To make a true smash burger it needs to be significantly thinner. Then you would get the characteristic crispy end pieces.
Maybe for you but smash burger are meant to have a web like crust. They aren't meant to be mushed but rather slammed with the weight of three bibles until they become as thin as a blood splatter on a wall.
Smash burger are supposed to be smashed to make a crust Not like in these smash burger restaurant where the smash it down to the atom and its like a chips
It's a good looking burger, but it's not a smash burger. With a smash burger you WANT to make it as thin as possible. The point of a smash burger > a regular burger is to get as much of the crusting effect from frying as possible. A smash burger is so thin it's likely to have holes in it.
Dang this looks good. I think that the meat should be seasoned a bit as well, but other than that it looks perfect! Oh, I would also prefer to have jalapeños on mine. These look so delicious. I love a good burger
First time commenting on your vdo....i started praying after watching Wizard Liz. And i can totally relate. I also cried while praying. I wanna study in abroad but my parents don't support me. I tried a lot of law of attraction techniques but nothing happened. Now i left in the hands of God. I know if God put this dream in my heart he put it for a reason and he'll surely help me to fulfill it❤
You should go as thin as possible! Will the meat be dry? Of course it will, but you have things like sauce and tomato in the burger, which add moisture. You ain't eating the patty by itself, so don't be scared of super thin smash burgers, they have the best ratio of browned surface to overall mass!
Everything is awesome here but make sure to season the patty with salt and pepper before you toss it on and REALLY press down. It gets dry because you are overcooking it after pressing. When you get it that thin it cooks QUICK!
I love the idea of burger sauce. On burger night in my family, we just put out the mayo, ketchup, pickles, mustard, etc. and almost everyone uses the same combination, so why not mix a burger sauce? It’s hard to eyeball the right ratio of mayo and ketchup, and because of their different textures, they slide around differently and made a mess, it’s so annoying. I know you didn’t invent the idea, but thanks for helping me realize that it’s not just for restaurants and parties, it’s perfectly reasonable to mix a delicious burger sauce even for only one burger. It’s just better than separate sauces. 😊
Looks yummy! However, I wouldn't say this is really a smash burger. I'd recommend cooking a smash burger on a pan you can get super high heat, like a cast iron. You want a nice crunch and crust on a thin patty for smash burgers
These are mostly normal sized, if you want the super crunchy crust you gotta smash flatter or make them smaller. Personally I think thicker burgers can be really good for different reasons. To each their own burger.
Burger looks amazing. My only complaint is using cheddar cheese on these burgers instead of American Cheese. However, we all have our preferences, I still would swallow these burgers whole cheddar cheese in all 🤤🤤🤤
