This Is the Police 2 - ALL CUTSCENES MOVIE Since this game is quite repetitive, I decided to show only the cutscenes. Enjoy! If you enjoyed the video don't forget to leave a like and comment!
These This Is The Police series game is underrated. Really hope someday folks will give this game a try. Heck maybe someday someone will make a short animation fan film or even a live action film. That would be pretty neat.
@@alanjohnson2698 the game itself can be a little challenging if you are short on officers or timing but that's the neat thing about it. Managing your officers, getting the right time and the art style itself is amazing.
@@gearexhaust3129 Honestly, I think a third and final game should be made, where you play one of Jack's son's, between the second game and Rebel Cops, his son gets a law degree and becomes an FBI agent and you need to run an FBI task force in charge of hunting Jack down once and for all, and you need to solve crimes being committed by Jack's corrupt police force, then at the end there's a big stand off between Jack and his son where everything gets explained, his crimes, his reasonings etc, it'd be a great way to finish off the story
@@alanjohnson2698 that is the greatest idea I ever heard for the series. It will have both of the gameplay mechanic from both of the This is the police and Rebel cop gameplay. If we spread the word around and get the folks to get talking about it then maybe the developers may start creating the sequel that you have inspired to make!
@@sickturret3587 I mean compared to the first game it’s short. The first game is around 4-5ish months and had a lot more story, this game was condensed into 2 months but there was more story in between days
I lost my savefile at the point where lana gets shot. It's interesting that Moreno isn't shown to die. If these are really all the cutscenes, then we are left to infer that he was killed. Jack just starts murdering indiscriminately
If you look at everyone that jack killed in his spree, it was captain carter, lana, Moreno, Arthur, Lilly, cornel Henderson and his men, fry, and Emma. the one thing they all have in common is that they knew where jack was and that he was jack boyd. I don’t think that jack killed indiscriminately, I think he killed very discriminately by only killing people who knew his identity and could get him arrrested. After everyone who knows his true identity is dead, there are no more loose ends and he can finally live out the rest of his life as chief of police, something he has wanted since the first game. Over the years he probably gets bored of only controlling a town as small as sharpwood which is why he kills the rebel cops and victor zuev to become the sherif of ripton as well.
Should´ve put to the knife all those neckties. Worked out just fine for me, but I didnt came out with the idea myself. Admitedly, the gameplay is actually worse than in the precuel.
The game is super easy, I managed to arrest everyone with very experienced cops, max stealth and ninja perk with batons will make it a cake walk. Of course they all still died after the explosion so that was a waste of time but if I can manage to arrest everyone then you can easily beat it too :)
For whatever reason my game crashed after the save jack's soul thing (well, after the woman was shot). ANd i was suddenly confused why i had like 5 new officers and no longer had the can tabs mechanic. Still fucking confused but atleast I know I didn't miss much.
@@AGameplay I honestly thought the game was doing some meta shit. Like I thought it was meant to crash and then the main menu would change or something. Because the timing was great, gunshot, went to autosave crashes but still managed to save.
Just finished the game, i am shock when jack really turn himself to get really dirtying his hand. I though that he can clear his name but the end so different than i imagine. Btw In a first game jack is kind a good cop fuck up in a bad situation. I really enjoy game.
Yeah, Jack in the first game was a police chief forced to adapt doing illegal things so that he can manage his job better by either working with sand or varga and then taking them down. He wants to keep working as police chief even after his retirement plan for half a million when he discussed with Rogers. However both Rogers and Eugune cucked him and basically got him empty handed and forced to retire and at some point he got to a watchlist and needed help in Sharpwood. Henderson kinda reminds the two antagonist from the first game and its where Jack fully went dirty. He's pretty much a tragedy villain or anti hero
@@ColonelMonarch see its a pawn game this is jack stop being controlled by anyone at the cost of his soul i think the character of jack boyd with his duke nukem like persona but not the life or appearance makes it work it all works in the large construct
That Lana chick was like a crazy ex botch. And Lilly.. she should've had the balls to operate.. but she was a scared husk of a shell. Damn shame on how life made boyd..go crazy.. ruthless.. a third game should be the take down of Nash.
@@ONpls i did a playthrough a long time ago that you could watch. Otherwize if i remember well it's a balance of being a bit corrupt but not too mutch. You can look for a guide like ign does if you don't want to watch a playthrough.
Thank you for this video. 26 december, after 20 hours of play, my save crashed and I couldn't continue playing: other people on PS4 have the same problem. It's a nice game, but I won't forgive the creators for this... 🤬
Oh really? I played on PC and haven't encountered any big issues. It is a shame if they didn't optimize it well on console/ haven't fix the issue once reported... Glad I could help 😊
I was so close to finishing this game, so close. Until I decided to back out to the main menu and the game decided to corrupt my fucking game save, coming up with the "There was a problem loading your game save, please try again." message.
I liked this game but my god, this might be the worst dialogue I've ever experienced. It's like someone watched the opening of pulp fiction and decided that they were going to emulate it but having no sense of timing or pacing so everybody speaks in these excruciating death-march monologues that go on and on and ON. It feels like I'm reading a school paper that had to be padded to meet a minimum word count.
My argument to that is... That's kinda the point at least in the sequel the first one definitely doesn't have these wanna be Shakespearean duologues but the point they are trying to get across is that every character in this story is taking advantage of Jack Boyd in some way and because of that they all feel like they have power over him. Lilly is essentially keeping him as a glorified slave who does half of her work because she is an incompetent cop. The colonel sees Jack as a pawn aware that he is a twisted man who wants to return to his glory days. Lana wants to live out her twisted fantasy of being lovers berating him for the man he no longer is. The whole reason everyone talks like that is for that reason, everyone thinks they control Jack, much like how Chaffee and the mayor controlled him in the first game. So they confidently monologue everything they are about. It's only when Jack stays silent and breaks free and kills everyone when he becomes a free man. Which comes at the cost of his innocence.
@@directback2284you can have a game with these themes in mind without the dialouge being "well uh, I see, that's thing, here's what I meant, well you know" every other sentence.
@@Varrick24 Again that's the point tho all these characters were so confident and arrogant about their power over Jack that they never even took the time to acknowledge that what they were telling could be used against them, hence once Jack is at the top he is symbolically declared a Caesar. The games story is meant to be aided by the game, so I recommend playing this game again with that mentality in mind and you'll see what I mean.
I felt like Jack became a TITP version of Walter White (Breaking Bad). He was in a position of trust, but everyone he knew, screwed him over. Like Mayor Rogers from the first game, who forced him into retirement. And Lilly, who had every opportunity to rat him out, but she had to keep him because he had the experience of a cop, while Lilly herself was very inept. So if you're wondering why the dialogues sound cliche to you, then it's probably as others said before me. They believed they controlled Jack. Jack once had a kind soul until he lost it after Ethan basically said, "Sorry, but you're done." Hence why Jack snapped and killed Lana at the end of December 23rd. In my opinion, the dialogue made sense.
Jesus died for us all! Have a wonderful day! Jesus is God! (The Holy Trinity is the truth) Great game would recommend. Also Jesus celebrated the consumption of alcohol, he just hated drunkenness. One of those “too much of something good is bad” type deals.
