Hey Paul, I'm an expat and gatech grad. Moved out here as a digital nomad and now best-selling author. Keep the vids coming. I may be in the market to buy a home, soon.
The big problem too is that they want three months up front. Two months security deposit which you will never ever see back! Like they all do. They never give the security deposit back even though you didn’t damage the place. It’s called human greed! They don’t want to return your money. Horrible.
all these condo tours are the same, amazing facilities but all youre left with at the end of the day is a box room with a bed that touches both walls...
I like it but the issue is Americans can only stay there from 30-90 days. Then have to leave. So I would need month to month. Only. Like this building.
There are retirement visas in Thailand unlike other countries like Korea/Japan etc. Airbnb is illegal in most of these buildings too so monthly rent is out of the question.
Can't you just renew your 30-90 day Visa when it runs out? I don't really know how it works.I follow another guy on RU-vid.American guy from the US.He's been living in Thailand for 2 yrs
I like how the US puts more emphasis on the actual apartment. It doesn't make sense to live like you're on a cruise ship. The amenities are great but I am not going to live in the common areas. It's a strange mentality to build shoe box apartments that don't match the luxury of the amenities!!
@@filippetrovic845 yes but you need some source of income from the US to keep up with the payments. Most Thai citizens will find that super expensive because they don’t earn that amount.
