I've lost 36 lb in 2 months eating beans everyday. I'm dropping weight so fast it's so crazy. Want to lose some weight without working out make you some really good beans that are tasty and eat them all. Don't worry about being gassy. Your body will get used to the beans that will go away. Beans are truly and miracle food.

I eat.beans fruit veggies drink nothing but water no meat no dairy products now for 1 year 😊and I'm not going back yesterday I walked 5 miles nonstop felt great and I'm 52 years old
