😮😢 wow I left NYC in 2017 lived here my whole life. I lived in Spanish Harlem and the Bronx and I must say I’m really lost for words. What has happened to our city. It’s no longer a city it’s starting to look like a 3 rd world country. We had lost the battle, so much for the land of the free, we have become prisoners in our own home. Which is very scary. They have taken over our streets with these protests seems like everyday, using our NYPD to control these animals when we need our officers patrolling our streets. To see how it’s become safer my heart I will always love my home and will always rep it. Ima a 70s baby and grew up in Spanish Harlem from the 80s, 90s and some of the 2000’s. That’s when I lived in the Bronx for some time Kingsbridge and Sedgwick if you know that you know.. In the same block where the seating area that looks like a triangle.. lol nothing but gd vibes. I just hope we can get someone that can sit in that seat and make a difference and clean this ish up.. Stop them from coming in send them back to their country and protest over there, leave our streets alone.. we can’t go to your country and do what you guys do.. The fact that they get to live in our 5 stars hotels getting better resources than our own homeless population that’s been homeless for years and never was offered these resources. The majority of our homelessness are men and women who fought for our country and they get the short hand.. it’s sad and breaks my heart when I see how our city has become.. please Lord take the wheel and send them back and bring peace to our city so that we can help our ppl and protect us all for I do see a ground war with us against them.. in Jesus name AMEN 🙏🏾
This is only one neighborhood on the 28-mile expanse of Manhattan Island. East 149 Street is way up in Harlem, if not the Bronx, I believe. This is criminally misrepresentative if you're suggesting that the entirety of all 5 boroughs of New York City look like this. Get a bloomin' map, Mr Forworldtraveler. ^ _ ^
