Nice setup. You have the shotgun mic but you are also wearing a Lav? Backup? What do you find you normally use? The mackie speakers are nice. I had some but the dumb selector switch on the back of mine went poof. Had to throw out the speakers. It seems to be a known issue hopefully yours last longer than mine.
The lav mic is just connected to my phone so that I could record as I walked around. I use the shotgun exclusively in most videos. The speakers have lasted me a while, they sound pretty good!
