I've consistently skipped breakfast my whole life. Just had a bannana for breakfast before my coffee. It's a small step but it's a start. I struggle a lot with morning nausea and fatigue and I hope this helps. I'm one of the people that thinks eating earlier in the day would lead me to overeating and weight gain. Thank you for the informational video! ❤️

I just had a ham sandwich, a banana, some cherries, cup of coffee with whole milk and some BBQ chips for breakfast! 😂. I've been eating precisely what I want for a couple weeks and the world hasn't come to an end and I feel good. I have BED and I don't feel like I'm so consumed by food. Enjoying it more! My dietician recommend your channel! Thanks!

Hey, Hannah, I would like your opinion if you don't mind sharing it. I tend towards breakfast skipping as I'd rather sleep in and head straight to the office, this also means that I don't typically drink my coffee until mid-morning when all my morning meetings at work are done. This past while I've been working remotely and having a substantial morning breakfast with my boyfriend. I'm typically not hungry when I have breakfast but still eat a couple eggs, a piece of toast, a breakfast sausage and a couple pieces of fruit. Without fail by 10 am, I would be hungry again where typically I wouldn't be hungry until lunch. I also want to eat more than I would had I not had the breakfast in the first place and I struggle to understand why. a bit of extra context. My activity level has not impacted this as I have varied it to test. Drinking coffee with breakfast made no difference. Do you have any ideas what the cause could be?

I'm one of those who gets hungry again, very quickly if I eat carbs in the morning without protein .. it's a common "affliction" in my siblings, my Dad, my son, but not my daughter or Mom. I absolutely cannot eat the regular stack of pancakes with one lonely egg or I'm hangry an hour later. I've never been hungry in the morning, even as a kid but, of course, was made to eat before school. My first meal is typically about 11 and is well-balanced. I'm good until about 3 when I have a snack, dinner about 7. That said ... I think I'll give your suggestions a go. Who knows? Maybe my body will like it and my hunger will be more "even". Thanks!

Now that I consistently eat breakfast I’m no longer hungry afterwards I feel satiated and great
