Greetings and welcome back to Caravan Escapades. While at the show we stopped by KARTT Jockey Wheels. I asked them why some people had had issue with the Tyre splitting or chunks coming out. They explained to me why and what they have done to rectify the issue.

Why would the jockey wheel pole be ribbed, is there any benefit? Also we just purchased a challenger 670 SE Grande 2023, is the width of my jockey wheel smaller than the Kartt?

Hi Although I don't have the Ribbed Version, Adding ribs, adds strength without having to increase the thickness and weight of the steel. /Jockey Wheel. I am not 100% on your jockey wheel but it might be slightly smaller, Is it the solid plastic wheel or is it the rubber ne.

What idiot would design a wheel & not test it with a mover? Btw I’ve seen videos on RU-vid that say the new wheel is just as crap as the old one. Since it’s a design flaw are people getting a new wheel for free?

I guess its been a % failure problem if they are to be believed, for every 200 sold they get about 3 failures

@@CaravanEscapades101 as you say believe that if you like , 2 RU-vidrs & several people who follow all have the same problem. Personally I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

Lol agree I was going to do it all and he didn't want to speak at the beginning., However talking to them before recording they seem very genuine though about the fact that they have had this issue identified it and have worked hard to resolve it.
