I have used BetterHelp myself and I have found it to be very effective. BetterHelp is an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to behavioral health services. The online counseling and therapy services are provided through web-based interaction as well as phone and text communication. BetterHelp costs £140 a month - which gives you 4 live sessions a month and unlimited messaging in between sessions, as well as access to the group therapy webinars that get updated each week. You can also apply for financial aid while signing up, which can reduce the cost of the service by up to 40%. When you go through the signup process, you will be presented with the payment page and can elect not to pay. You will then be asked if the price was too much and will be given the option of financial aid. These people would have loved more than anything that all of their tactics and behaviors that allow them to prey on us would remain a secret forever. But you have spread awareness and put light onto what they do. You have also healed and even saved people thanks to this information. Thank you for all the hard work you have put in.

A very powerful video, Narc Survivor! ❤ And the return is true: you save my sanity...I listen to your videos everyday and often I play them twice or more...and absolutely: I see narcissists everywhere...very sad..for them it is a drama..but in my opinion it is still a spiritual choice to behave like that...

and yes, the closed throat and hard to breathe happens to me as well, even though im not in the situation anymore. I'm healing and regulating my original self, it's a process. Also bad dreams happen...trying to steal my energy...ty Christopher for the positive outlook for sucess!!😊 ...
