Hello, I enjoyed watching the video. Welcome to Korea. I recommend it to you guys. It's summer, so try the shaved ice. I also recommend hotteok. You can eat shaved ice at a cafe or Sulbing. Hope you have a great trip and be happy.
Really Welcome to my country , Seoul , South Korea ^^~ ♥ ~I would like to introduce delicious food, healthy food attractions or travel destinations in South Korea, especially Seoul, or overseas ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rhow9hOF6ZI.html 1,700 years ago, King Gwanggaeto, called the Great Emperor of Goguryeo, Korea's ancestor, took up much of the land in what is now southeastern Russia and northeastern China. The king naturally took over the land by punishing and punishing those who had been committing looting, theft, and rape. But the reason why Russian Putin invaded Ukraine today is absurd. Is it right that you are fighting a war to regain your territory? It is time for communist countries with regimes such as China's Xi Jinping and Russia's Putin's North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to answer It's time to throw away the nonsense that they always love peace as long as they're a juggernaut. Is it right or wrong that their logic invades? Answer! Don't forget the past when Russia and China were equally defeated by Japan, Britain and France. Welcome to Seoul, the capital of South Korea ^^~ ♥ ~ Seoul, the Soul of the World ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZIX_W-ZeOG0.html ru-vid.com0gLc-ZcKAO0 ru-vid.com/show-UCwcoBhnVg9YkS9Y8FfK_ddg Unlike famous places that are already known around the world, such as Namsan Tower, Lotte Tower, Hongdae, Gangnam, etc., I would like to introduce you to places that are less known but more wonderful I would like to introduce delicious food and healthy food attractions in South Korea, especially Seoul, or overseas ◆The fastest way to get there ◆ Subway 1. Eungbong Station (within 1KM walk), and the following place is within 3KM of subway station. 2. Haengdang Station 3. Sangwangsimni Station 4. Wangsimni Station 5. Sindang Station (Hipdang) Access from There are a myriad of relatively less well-known places in Seoul, which are much more dynamic, fun, and so pretty than the famous places already known in the world. Korea, especially Seoul, is a city that is more interesting than I imagined, fun and pretty places, locations, relatively spicy but less greasy food, and is also a very cheap, comfortable, safe and clean city. also, I'm sure you'll be able to enjoy another night view that's much more beautiful than the usual night view of Namsan Mountain and Lotte Tower in front of you. Especially, if you climb Eungbongsan Mountain and Geumhosan Mountain from Hawangsimni-dong, it is a few kilometers away between Cheonggyecheon Stream and Seoul Forest Park, and the food is very abundant. In addition, if you walk slowly for about 2 hours, you can reach Namsan Mountain from a place called Dulle-gil that starts from Maebongsan Mountain and Geumhosan Mountain. This place is very close to Gwangjang Market, Jungang Market, Geumnam Market, a food paradise filled with traditional Korean food. It is also very close to Seongsu Bridge, Hannam Bridge, and Dongho Bridge. So Gangnam Station, Apgujeong Station, Myeongdong Station, Insa-dong is very close As such, there is a superb view of the Han River at the top of Eungbongsan Mountain (81m) and Maebongsan Mountain (95m) in Seongdong-gu. What's more interesting is that the distance between the two is only 3.1 kilometers by car and 2.4 kilometers by foot. => The unique and beautiful night view of Seoul on RU-vid, which is explained in more than 30 languages (northeast) Gwangjang Market, => (southeast) 1.5km from Gwangjang Market, Dongdaemun ddp 900m from there (east) 900m from Jungang Market, Jungang = 30km from Wangsimni Park to Wangsimni Park (southwest). This road is 5km to Cheonggyecheon Park, 3.4km (north) and the most beautiful road (west) 1.3km 25 minutes of Namsan Dulle-gil, Liberation Village, Itaewon night view ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jLKgBteOv9w.html a four-season view ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Tjb_KsVNVC4.html From Seoul Forest to Maebongsan Mountain ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DF6_aSsQFDI.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SfTdervcrg.html ☞ How to ask the driver when you take a taxi 1. Hi! You guys didn’t visit the temple (Bongeunsa Temple) just behind the COEX? It’s one of the must-sees. That’s the exact place where you can find the dramatic contrast. Sorry for that.
It's been fun watching your Korean adventures! I love the Starfield library. Before the COEX Mall opened in 2000, the library space was an open air grassy square with benches, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, central to few a corridors of restaurants in the basements of the surrounding buildings. Office workers in the WTC complex would sit out there and smoke. It was horrible at lunch time. Then when the mall came in, they roofed it over and turned it into a food court. It was always crowded. The mall was remodeled once around 2012 or so, for the better I think. They kept the food court that time. It was remodeled again under the Starfield brand when Sinsegae Group took over the operation contract (2016?). The idea to replace the food court with the library was brilliant. This is the best iteration of COEX Mall yet. You guys visited at the right time!
The tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) you had in Gwangjang market had a gochujang sauce which is a Korean chili sauce (not bbq). Just an fyi pasta comes from Italy, China invented the noodle and has a history that long precedes Italy. You are correct in noticing the social aspect of dining in Korea:). Thank you for showing the Seoul Record Pub. It's on my list for my next visit to Seoul.
Tteokbokki was originally a court dish stir-fried rice cakes, vegetables, and meat in soy sauce. It wasn't spicy at all. But in modern times, it has changed to junk food with chili sauce. Koreans call the traditional tteokbokki "gungjung tteokbokki". Tongin Market sells traditional tteokbokki stir-fried in soy sauce, but they do not contain meat or vegetables in it. Anyway, most of the spicy foods 🌶 in Korea have appeared since 1970s.
@@GoTimeTravelsThe statement above that most of the spicy food in the 1970s began is not accurate information. Chili peppers were first introduced during the Joseon Dynasty, and they started to start.
@@jin-e3k It is not important when chili peppers were introduced, but when they began to be widely used is important. In Korea in the 1970s, soy sauce was common for bibimbap and bibimyeon. Stir-fried spicy pork and spicy chicken such as Dakgalbi didn't exist back then. Until the mid-1980s, in korea, ramen was mostly white soup that was not spicy.
Some scholars argue that the expression "chili paste" in the "Food Hymn" published in the 6th year of King Sejo's reign in 1460 is red pepper paste, but others say that red pepper paste was made before that. Our people historically preferred spicy food, and this is a historical record, and I will leave this.
@@GoTimeTravels There are many people who want to denigrate our history indirectly. I know among RU-vidrs who are interested in this area. Find the exact information in the history books
You both are younger than me, but I have been a huge fan of Sinead O'Connor since I was a girl. Condolences to Ireland for the loss of such a talented, kind, and courageous Irish woman.
Haha, 코엑스 스타필드 몰, 광장마켓등 ( Korean word ) you visited severaln spot .. starfield book library, big hands , traditional food from market ,, hope to have great time . 😂
@@GoTimeTravels Hi RU-vid buddy ! It is good life to travel over the world..~ recently, further foreign visitors are comimg to KR, maybe.. ^^ Still, I think , In Seoul, new things are here now and newer things pops up every moment.. ^^
@@GoTimeTravels I'm not sure how long you stay in Seoul..anyway, during your staying seoul, hope to enjoy the rest of place & food.. If you have any wondering of seoul, I will avaliable to answer. i'm korean local guy ^^
Tteokbokki is a snack, not a meal, has a short history, and is the most unhealthy food among Korean foods. Korean home cooking is basically a healthy food like Korean temple food, but it's unfortunate that junk food like tteokbokki is widely known abroad.
Do not be deceived by the look and smell when it comes to Korean food. Also, do not be confused to believe Korean food is mostly meat based because of the over advertised Korean BBQ image. You will be surprised know massive variety of vegetables Koreans eat. They have exceptional knowledge on ground grown crops and seafood as well as food fermentation.
