Very light and airy boat at a great price, superb tour Jack although 🤪 maybe the flydeck sunpad was the ideal place to read a copy of motor boat and yachting 😁. All the best.
@@jackhaines123 Don't mind at all! I've been watching you for years now and have NEVER been disappointed in one of your reviews. I especially enjoy the overnighters you do on some yachts... I also remember when you got your black eye a few years ago in a football match! You're badass! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE, DAMNIT!
Well done Jack, some of your reviews, when you use a camera man, seem a bit rushed and we don't get to see some things properly, however this was great and really comprehensive, so ditch the camera man.
After watching a lot ,i mean a lot of AQUAHOLIC with tim and seeings and being spoiled with the quality of Princess boats , This is not floating my boat ,lol excuses my pun
A nice well appointed boat at a decent price point pos would like the next engine upgrade just to have that little bit more power and better cruising speed and maybe a fuel tank upgrade then perfect 👌🏻
I like the way the bow rails flare out on that 50, gives the illusion of a Hatteras or Carolina style bow. What was your headroom under the fly-bridge hard top? And to be honest, I'd prefer that hatch on the hard top, it would give access if you needed to work on the radar or sat gear without having to worry about walking on a huge panel of glass!
Can’t quite put my finger on it, but I’m not mad on it. Just seems clunky somehow. Assume it is much cheaper than the Princess or Sunseeker equivalents - because they are much better. I also prefer the Galeon 500 Fly with its droppable side decks.
@@blewyd Galeon are superb. Yes they are built very cost-efficiently, but that's not the same as cheap. They are very rugged with a huge range of interiors to pick & choose from.
@@blewyd I know what you mean bur you really have to go some to beat the Galeon 500 fly for space and fittings at its price point, although even though it is relatively inexpensive it is still almost double the price of this Absolute. If this price is correct it seems a very good price for a half decent 50ft fly.
I don't know if it's because of the much larger engines (not to mention two of them), and therefore a much larger engine bay, but for some reason this 55 foot motor yacht feels smaller than a 55 foot sailing yacht that would probably look rather small sitting next to it.
Many people use crew cabins for extra guests, or maybe the unruly teenager in the family! some people may choose to hire their boat out when not using it, always good to have somewhere separate to put a part-time skipper and steward (more than likely husband and wife).
It`s all a bit compromised compared to a Sunseeker or Princess of the same size. Not enough pizazz or style for me. Not a bad face lift though. Nice walkthrough.
Hi Max, glad you liked the video - we haven't done the Steeler 52S just yet, but here's our review of their FF46: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-w3tjooEa2ZQ.html
Can you tour the new Navetta 64 if you get the chance? Really liking the Navetta range. This is a nice boat for the price. But feel it lacks something special the others have.
