I also just wanted to say, our family has hypoglycemia that becomes diabetes as we get older. Thanks partly to your recipes, I have never become diabetic, but some of my children are resistant to giving up sweets. My son's favorite is peanut butter pie. He will love this. @@LoveWinsMovement , you know they don't research hypoglycemia. I found something by accident that corrected mine by accident. Our family's hypoglycemia is caused by stress in our livers stimulating our pancreases to produce excess insulin. I was put in a liver study because my liver functions were going bad like I had scirrosis. I have a free style libre. When I started taking an Andrew Lessman supplement for my liver, my hypoglycemia went away after me living with it for 60 years. It is called Liver Antioxidant Extracts. It has turmeric and milk thistle. That and keto totally changed my life.
I just made this for the 2nd time. The first was for thanksgiving…it was a huge hit! No one could believe it was sugar free. I’m having guests over tomorrow night so I whipped up another one. It’s a crowd pleaser for sure!! I just wanted to update..

Oh my goodness that looks so delicious! I love cream pies too and can't wait to try this one! I'm going to make this for the holidays and not going to tell anyone it's keto. Ok y’all….let me just tell you that this was the ABSOLUTE BEST keto desert I have EVER MADE!!! If you’re Leary about making this don’t be! It’s the easiest and most delicious keto treat. I love peanut butter so it was right up my alley! I didn’t have coca bliss so I used unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 TBS of lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener, and 1/2 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon to the crust. It’s delectable 😄🙌 5 stars!!! 10 stars!!! No…….15 stars!!! My family loves me 😂

Wonderful holiday recipe! It's great to have a cookie crust recipe that sounds so yummy and will be so versatile. I imagine that these ingredients would make great parfaits as well.

Turned out perfect, just the right amount of sweet and salty. Easy and quick. I didn't change anything except I made a half batch since I am the only one in the family who likes PB, sad I know. Looks like I found my new go to recipe for my PB fix, for I am a PB junkie. Thanks for all your hard work.
I didn’t see specified Salted or unsalted butter so I ended up using unsalted since there was salt added to the crust 😊👍 it’s delicious! I am a huge PB fan so anything made with that is always a hit!

Combine 1 layer of the peanut butter pie with 1 layer of the chocolate Cream pie and create a "Peanut Butter Cup" cream pie... How about that Peppermint Icecream recipe? The holidays just around the corner...
So I just made this pie last night and it was just okay. Definitely not fooling anyone into thinking it's not kito. The biggest problem is that there is no sweetener in the crust. After eating my slice, there were a few crumbs of crust at the end which is usually my favorite part. But they were gross, just tasted like unsweetened coconut flower and coco powder. It kinda ruined the whole thing for me. I wish I would have just added some of the sweetener from the filling into the crust instead.
I have a question, considering the fact that in replacement of Cacao Bliss and using the two tablespoons of cocoa powder, it's lacking sweetness, since you said Cacao Bliss is sweetened with Monk fruit. How much do you think should be added to the cocoa powder in this case? BTW thank you for sharing the recipe I can't believe how incredible it is I can't wait to make it I really am going to probably make it for Thanksgiving and bring it to the gathering I'm going to. Oh and I can eat that whole entire pie myself too LOL
I make the regular version every year for Christmas. Between the whip cream, the peanut butter, and the sweetener, I don’t really care about the sweetness of the crust. Although, I suppose you could add a couple of teaspoons to the Coco Parì if you wanted to. I’ve never made a keto version.
@Vicki Gabriel Vicki It's two tablespoons. She mentioned it in the video you might of accidentally missed it. Like I thought she might of mentioned how much monk fruit to add to it. She didn't say though. I'm thinking if I am able to locate the item look at the nutrition see how much the sweetener is in grams maybe I can figure it out. I just don't want to eat a non sweetened crust lol
@@skr8674 I've had it before the regular version of course. I love peanut butter. I'm dying to try to make the keto version, I go to a friend's house every year so I do eat stuffing that's my cheat. I make sugar free cranberry sauce to bring or a dessert. This would be perfect that was I'm not eating Italian cookies or pie that is staring you down 🤦♂️ lol
I like things to be less sweet than a Reeses (YIKES!). I just made this with 1/2 a packet of stevia in the crust, 2 packets in the pie filling and 1/2 packet in the whip cream. It was def' sweet! Just taste as u go and find the amount u prefer. The other flavors come thru better using the least amount to make it sweet.
The filling was fantastic. Crust for me was not good at all. I did substitute cocoa powder. I am sure that I did something wrong, but the crust was dry, bitter, and grainy. Big fail there, but the filling was fantastic. :-)
I wish I had read your comment before trying this last night. My last bite of pie was just crust, and almost made me sick. There needs to be sweetener in the crust.
Yes, let's give people who are not used to these alternative sweeteners a whole slice of pie where every part contains these sweeteners. They will figure it out, in about an hour. ;)
I haven’t tried it with powdered peanut butter. You will probably need to add a liquid to get it to be creamy. Maybe a little bit of nut milk or coconut oil
What kind of peanut butter is that? I haven’t seen any peanut butter that doesn’t have additives look that dense and creamy as what you showed in the video!
J I’m haven’t tried freezing it. I think the crust with the peanut butter layer would be fine but maybe save the whipped cream for the day you want to serve it
@@KetoFocus I made the pie it is the best keto pie yet!! I don't use artificial sugars so I used real maple syrup in mine thank you for sharing the recipe
