Thank you, dude! Was actually having more trouble than I showed on video with regular bs crook, it kept sticking on me and going into noseslide, but half cab crooks was grinding every time. Skateboarding is weird 😂
@@dadboard I know what you mean, I’ve been having so much trouble with regular nose slides but I can kinda tap em if I half cab into it. Sometimes fakie just works. Stoked to see more of your vids and inspired to try to make some of my own vids
I like to do the old guy new trick videos because I can kinda explain what I’m doing as I’m learning it, but it’s difficult to breakdown tricks I’ve been doing for so long because I’ve forgotten the nuances and stuff

I learned sw heels a while back on one of my first videos on the channel but I haven’t been putting in enough work consistently to get them _good_ I’m making them a priority this year for sure

im so stoked right now cause i was just trying a double kickflip down a curb and kickflip front 50. holy shit i actually feel like i could land them. finally a bit of progression lol.

@@dadboard My boy Rob came up with that when we started skating again in our LATE 30's. I about died laughing when he said it. It's dead on though. Get warmed up, drive 2 blocks to the next spot and the old man legs are shot. Haha. Glad to pass it along to the west coast!
Yeah I have weird light sensitivity too so going from dark to light really fucks my vision up. I can’t even read white text on a dark background without it being burned into my eyes.
dude I have the same problem reading white text on dark background (especially on a phone) kills my eye too anyway much respect as always. take time ti appreciate the bag of tricks you have and worked hard to get and maintain- you do things every video that I aspire to learn and be half as good at keep shredding dude love your content 🔥🤙🏼🛹
