For example, my leadership experience is running and leading a team of officials for a large card game tournament, mentoring other new officials outside and inside of events, and presenting educational seminars. I've been doing that for 8 years if you don't count 2020-2022. You should be looking to approach this as taking an interest in things that you like rather than trying to add something golden to your resume. And that takes time.
