I like to work out with weights, not excessively heavy. Increases heart rate, but again, not excessively. In addition, I use the stairs in the house about 20 times a day, two steps at a time.

stop carbs to fix hight b.p i had averegae 175/100. with a low carb diet and one meal (sometimes 2 a day) , even i smoke to much and dont exercise i have averegw 110/65

I swim laps three times a week, (1000yds) and try to ride my bike one or two days a week if weather permits, if not I go to my local YMCA, and do a few machines, and then use an exercise bike for 30 minutes or so.

Rebounding is an inexpensive, easy and effective way to do low impact exercise indoors. It doesn't take up much space and is quite fun!

At 64 will be 65 in August, I do 60 minutes on the treadmill and lift weights 💪 for about 30 yo 45 minutes, six days per week on average.

Are you able to move your arms? If sp, you can do arm lifts air punches to bring your heart rate up. Hope this helps.
