Hey guys! Brad Litton from SimpleGuitar.com here with a beginner guitar lesson on how to change how you think about open chords to make it easier for you to play them. This is something that most beginner guitar players overlook when they're first learning to play chords, but this makes a huge difference in your ability to make these chords sound awesome consistently.
By simply thinking about your chords as 4 string, 5 string, or 6 string chords will make it clear what strings you need to play whenever you're strumming or doing fingerpicking or annything else really.
