In a quiet bylane of Malleshwaram, sits a family-run enterprise that has been churning homemade ice creams the good old-fashioned way for nearly three decades using pure milk and milk fats, and devoid of any preservatives. It owes its origin to the late Mr. MN Sarathy, who after extensive training in ice cream making in Europe, set up this artisan ice cream parlour in his home nearly three decades ago. His family continues in his footsteps, strictly adhering to time-honoured recipes and methods, serving what is perhaps Bengaluru’s best old-fashioned ice cream.
