Hi Debbie, congrats on finishing your beautiful DP. I got a lot more done than I expected, especially having to use baby wipes on every section. I posted my progress a couple of days ago. I’m almost halfway done and I think I’ll try to work on it so I can do one from DAC in the J. Wall event next year. At least I know I will enjoy that one much more due to the quality of the canvas and drills. A big thank you to you and Angie for hosting and thanks to the all sponsors. ❤
Gorgeous finish! I will be participating in the dpforpets and the Craftibly craze with Mindy and the June Waffle with add more zest. All with the same painting. LOL I love when I can do that. I will be doing Summer Splendor from Craftibly. It’s this beautiful little bunny scene.
Just beautiful! I love Josephine Wall! I am a newer painter and can only hope to do a painting this large. I have done every jigsaw puzzle by her tho, and have many of her calendars. Congratulations on such a wonderful finish.

That turned out absolutely beautiful!!. I have loved JWs Artwork since the early 2000s but I don't know if I could complete a diamond painting with soo many colors !!

Hi Debbie, good evening from Southern California. Congratulations on finishing Fly Me to the Moon. Diamond painting Deutschland is way out of my price range. With your husband, try Benadryl, or Benadryl cream.
Other than my special drill kits, all my kits are large. Currently working on my SWTM kit that is 70x105. My next kit will be another old master that is about the same size. Then there are 2 more large kits I want to order from Jade. So many kits, so little time!

Hi, Debbie. Recently found you. I currently have a JWall cross stitch conversion, but haven't started it yet. I would love to get one from Diamond Painting Deutschland, but not sure how I would store a double sided adhesive canvas when not working on it. What do you do with it? How big is your work table? Hiya Alicat! I'm so glad you found my channel and stopped in! I would love to do a J. Wall conversion, but they are sooo large. I am really slow at a conversion but really enjoy it. For double sided adhesive, once you open the container and unroll, do not roll back and put in the tube. You can damage the canvas. I actually use pant hangers and hang on a rod in my craft room or closet. My worktable isn't long but not wide. I do have pool noodles on the end of table to protect my drills. I'll be glad to answer any questions that you might have. This is my 2nd DPD, and I already have another one hanging up. Thanks for watching!
It is beautiful ❤ Did you use release papers on the painting? I want to get mine kitted up and ready to start, and I was unsure how to prep the canvas.
Hi Sherry, I did not use release paper until I reached over half-way complete. I decided to add two rows of release paper and then move the paper to the next row. The canvas was super sticky, but I think my release paper can be used again. I wouldn't take all of the cover sheet off at one time but just move down as you go if that makes sense.
