In fact, the Federal government vacated a 5 year audit to create a corpus of ever single municipal, county, state and federal law in the nation. They determined the set of laws was "too complex" for their team of professional legal auditors to know. So a team of legal professionals can't know all the laws, but legally every single citizen of the nation must know all the laws.

A couple hours later someone contacts me and they say "Yes Jesus is saying yes he is your buddy" another time was I obsessing a little over this blue suit and someone prophecies "I see you in this blue suit" etc, another time I was testing this whole thing and I'm about to be prophecied over and I have my Google notes out I had tried writing out a little story and it was about a fire and forest being burnt down and I ask God to confirm if he wants me to write this and sort of as a test because everything had been scary accurate and the person right after says "God wants you to be his little stick lit ablaze with his love, it may not seem like much but one small flame can burn down a whole forest" 😂 another one was I had this. Surreal vision looking at stars, shortly after someone messages me saying Jesus is looking at a telescope with you saying to you "everything I have is yours even the stars" another one I was in the bathroom asking God for a message for my friend Moses in Nigeria and as I'm leaving the bathroom i freeze in place and go into this bizarre trance like Peter in the book of acts and I see my friend Moses as a child playing with a toy firetruck and Jesus sitting next to him with love, I quickly tell them and they are in shock as they had just thrown away that toy that same day, another time I had gotten a word from God about someone close to me who hadn't accepted Jesus and that they had been praying to God secretly, I told them that and the look on their face was priceless as I had no idea they had been praying to God at all, they were shook 😄 this is only a handful of many a 100 times in just the last 12 months after 5 years of me being born again, there's so many more amazing things that have happened but you are beautiful and desired of God, he is a gentleman and will not force you to choose him or love him but he loves so so much, he's asking you if you will come, he will love you and cherish you everyday of your life, he will never abandon you, I beg you to take a chance and not reject God's love for you, he wants to heal you and you to enjoy a living relationship between you, God bless you so much, Jesus says to come to him for rest your weary soul he is humble and meek and tender and gentle, he loves you so much he knows everything about you, nothing about you is unimportant to him 😭❤❤ If you repent and call on his name you will be saved from hell and Jesus's wrath and judgement for all have sinned!! ❤ For God so loved The World that gave his only begotten son that whoever should believe in him will not perish but have eternal life!! 💙🙌🏻 repent all have sinned and fallen short!!❤️‍🔥❤♥️❤❤❤❤

Not defending the officers but the alleged crime investigation had to continue. The firearm was found after the driver stated several times she had no firearms. That will most likely result in a lower monetary settlement although it should not. Just the way the system works. I’m sure she will walk away with a nice out of court settlement.

@@thealcohologist8624 You greatly overestimate the "fortifications" of a police vehicle. 99% of the modifications to the back seat are to REMOVE safety features to improve the capacity to safely incarcerate a human being. Most of the "reinforcement" are aluminum and won't be structural at all in an impact, rather can cause more harm because of the added shrapnel. The rest is mostly for show (those "push bumpers" are usually also aluminum and mostly to intimidate). *Been a police outfitter for a few years.

And while everybody here talks about punishing those cops, court cases, damages, the root cause is being ignored. Cops in the US are just often way to incompetent, mostly due to a severe lack of training. To me it's completely incomprehensible to me that with two officers there neither of them have the situational awareness not to park on train tracks in the first place, let alone leaving the car there with someone in it. But then, I live in a country where the absolute minimum to become a police officer is two years of education...

Well, Colorado has the second-weakest qualified immunity in the nation after New Mexico, so there's hope for a state-level lawsuit even if the federal one fails. If she sues for negligence or something other than a Constitutional rights violation, she gets to use state court.

They’re the nwo’s royal guard. They are not police . I was recently involved in a deliberate hit and run dropping my son off at school. Long story short my son knew the guys kid and got his address. Showed up to his house a few hours later and took detailed picture of his vehicles damage that matched mine. That was over a month ago and the police still haven’t done anything. They could care less. Lump that into the police allowing blm to burn whole city’s down causing billions in damages and allowed by police to happen and put two+two together.

Actually it's because if they tell you the reason before they know who you are, you could flee, and they can't confirm your identity. If they at least see your ID, and you escape, they know who you are.

That's what I was thinking! I'm sure the lawsuit will including damages for the mental trauma, but there's no amount of money that makes up for the torture of seeing your own impending death and being unable to do anything. Although she fortunately didn't die, I'm sure she was afraid she would at the time, and it will take a lot of therapy and support for her to get through that trauma.

The academy is part of the issue, the training for police is laughably minimal. Think about any other career that has life or death stakes: doctor, nurse, pilot, etc. These all involve years of training, hundreds (even thousands) of hours of supervised practice, multiple certifications and licensing that must be regularly renewed. But cops? 18 weeks and a probationary period then we hand them the full power to destroy/end people’s lives.

The officer who handcuffed the victim was sentenced to 30 months probation and some community service, and she was obviously fired from the police force. The civil case is still ongoing. A channel called Nate The Lawyer has a video covering this.

And look where that got her.

It's a CYA, it stands for Cover Your Ass, cops do this in order to make what they did somewhat legitimate in a court of law. Her biggest mistake was lying to the female officer when she asked her if she had a gun in the car. There is no evidence other than a call from someone claiming a gun was pulled. I'm guessing the fact that a loaded handgun was in her truck, she is under 21, which means she was not allowed to transport a loaded handgun, is going to come into play in a future courtroom. Bottom line is, the cops screwed up on a massive scale and it's going to cost them dearly and they are looking for crumbs to help them anyway possible.
