Who doesn't know that it is dangerous to park your car on the RR tracks? This is just stupid is as stupid does. All of these officers are extremely ignorant to not tell the Stupid officer to move the police car off the tracks. Total ignorance all around, and I'm being kind.
Cop is such a liar he did not just get there. He is just trying to get out of his wrong doing and trying to get out of what he did. He was deceptive the second the uniformed office contacted him. NO i don't have a gun you can tell he does have a gun.
This is why they want you to back the blue.. they want folks to support all the corruption, brutality, abuse of power, at times blatant murder.. its also strange back the blue came about when Black Lives Matter did as a response to the killings of innocent and unarmed blacks at the hands of officers. The back the blue movement basically is a racist call to action to support the officers even in their wrong doing, in cases such as this.

If this guy wasn't a cop they wld of been beaten & arrested. This is blue line sovereign citizen pigs who are above the line. These cops should all be charged for dereliction of duty. This is shameful at the lack of there duty to protect & serve the people bot themselves.
2:21 New Mexico apparently wants the provision to violate someone's 1st Amendment right with section C of what they consider to be assault. There's "fighting words" and actual threats but insulting someone is free speech.
Hopefully someone independent of the police did a wellness check on the witness that didn't show up. Cops seem to double down on defending bad behavior of other cops. There could easily have been intimidation. Also I thought it was a felony to have a gun in your possession and lie about it during a consensual encounter. How was that not added to the charges?
Whether it's the good ol' boys from the old school or this new crop of tatted up, bearded "alpha bros", which it seems a large number of young cops are, absolutely none of this surprises me.
