Why not use shackled ghasts? It serves a similar role to the undying as an ever returning fodder unit, ofc it has less offensive but in exchange it can block and more importantly, it never clogs your borad as the copy gets created in your hand. Ofc that means you also have to play it again, which may be a deciding factor for you I suppose.Bur as a one cost it just seems like a really good unit to stall and survive. Maybe I'm underestimating how hard it is to revive stuff before you got Morde on board? 🤔

I like the feel, but this set seems to invalidate like 90% of the format so it is just big fatty boom-boom dragons or big fatty boom-boom ScionMordes. None of the other juice is worth the squeeze when their late game is so definitive.
You should try Jayce Morgana (Targon). Not only are you doubling your 6 mana shackles, but Jayce can level faster with all the curse decks going around
Chat claiming Freljord not to have good cards is one of the craziest takes I've ever heard. They have some of the best mid to lategame spells for surviving and combat tricks. They have the best equipment in the game. They have hawk and doggo. They have god damn sky splitter. And with all of their options to curve out and survive early and midgame easily, because of their units and equipment buffing everythings stats on top of all the combat tricks they have to survive, they are also one of the craziest late game regions. So they are a region with tons of help to get through the early and mid game comfortably, while scaling MASSIVELY WELL. Yeah, definitely a bad region chat, totally a logical take from yall xD And I've just listed the most obvious stuff here, as some in chat pointed out, there's also other good stuff that may not be as broken as the main stuff I listed, but it's still very very good. Like the weaponmasters they have.
Undying only feels bad once Morde is on the board. If you’re having trouble getting/keeping morde on board, undying is great to allow hate spike, death grasp, crumble, etc., to remain valuable tools.

as weird as it sounds, but imo undying is terrible Mordekaiser support, because it ruins future board setup and it cannot block. Simultaneously Mordekaiser is amazing in a dedicated undying deck.
In game 4, if they harsh wind the two ephemeral sion and only block the sion shadow, you don't generate a new rally and I think they kill you on the crackback? Maybe the damage from that attack was enough, though: didn't really do the addition.
Not sure if this is known but Mordekaiser has an infinite kill combo in Noxas (you dont need mord on board). It consists of the 2 cost 2 health deathless card that gives the effect to a card in hand "when it dies put a copy of me in hand" you need multiples in hand so you target itself for the fodder loop, the amulet that reduces cost of followers by 2 but deal 2 damage to it and the 8 cost spider that deals damage to player when a monster is killed. You can put together the combo with that. amulet reduces fodder to 0 and you can play them infinitely, amulet auto kills it. With spider on board its one chip damage to nexus everytime. Its an infinite and if the opponent cant clear spider its gg. its just stupid lol
Multiple cards you described don't even exist or have a similar, but different effect. But for anyone curious, yes, there is a combo like that, it's already in the game for 2 months i believe, using the Landmark that reduces units costs by 1 (not 2) and deals 2 damage to them, so you need two of them in the board. After that, you play one of the three units that deals/drains damage from the enemy nexus when an ally dies: Necrotic Arachnoid (the big spider you mentioned), Neverglade Collector or Phantom Prankster; and play the 2 mana 2/2 unit with a Nighfall effect that creates another copy of it in hand (Evershade Stalker). Deck performed horribly because it's very slow and inconsistent, due to needing at least 4 cards for the combo and 3 of them in board without getting removed (with the big spider being at least a 6 mana play and would get heavly damaged on play, and the other 2 either just dying if you already have both Landmarks or having a very small amount of health to begin with), with setup for multiple turns, it's also not very good with Mordekaiser because the Landmark doesn't slay allies and kills almost all units a Mordekaiser deck uses for staying alive. You can't use another region to patch up this weakness because it needs cards from both Noxus and S.I. so your region combination is already locked. It could be a fun combo deck, but just for the one playing it, as it is kinda toxic. Still, not a good deck, just a goofy one.
