Today we are checking out a New Mod! the NEXT Inspired Overhaul that Turns Armored Core 6 into For Answer... basically xb
AC6 is a new action game based on the concept of the ARMORED CORE series that uses the knowledge gained from FromSoftware's recent action game development.

Man, NEXTs look so incredibly cool. I really love AC6's part design, but those beasts were just something else. But if the Lammergeier parts are anything to go by, I think From might start going crazy with the designs again in the future! ;3

In my opinion when it comes to visual design, the 4th generation had some of the best mech parts i have ever seen... NEXTs look sleek, aerodynamic, aggressive, even the heavy ones :D

Played it, it’s ac6 where they reskin parts and buff all of the boosters to be boring preferred the actual game

yo those melee lunges are absolutely insane. I wonder how far you can get a pilebunker hit, or how fast across the map you can go with pulse blade kikaku cancels.

Not gonna lie, i dont see that happening xb but one can indeed dream xb maybe like the first armored core could get a remake with some added cutscenes and stuff even but there are just too many old gen games xb

Those god particles are so dang powerful, and deadly. Kinda why we can't be NEXTS because everyone and thing would be dead within a week, even the Coral.

yo, somebody fucked up the boosters on the white glint. Only the two booster slots in the middle of the core should be active, the side protrusions with holes are a part of the overboost, and the holes are the connection points when it unfolds.

The FA quick boost physics is absent in this mod

You mean the change direction to chain a quick boost? Im not sure if its possible :/ never saw a mod do that

No one found out yet how to make quick boosts at least have inertia mid-air, so I neither have no clue how to

@@morepenguins6247 it hasn't any physics tweaks, author just decreased QB jump height a lot and increased QB speed in 13 times iikr. In my NEXT Inspired Overhaul I did it a bit different but mostly the same way

havent they been doing that since dark souls? obviously no company likes modding their games when they have online components because they are afraid of Cheating/Hacking, which happens... and its not good for the online community, but as long as you stay offline its fine :) I'd like to see Miyazaki come to my house and tell me to take my mods off haha

This mod is an extreme overcorrection, but the ac's in the vanilla game do feel too heavy and slow. This is the type of fast paced mech action I was expecting personally from AC6, nice to see I wasn't the only one.

@@ruikiri Out of all parts only close one is head. Everything else is different: more angular torso with yellow lights, ponytail (kinda), wires from shoulders, heavier legs (more like Snail's legs)
