Some key take aways- If you're a champion, you must be able to take punches; invest in your brand; quality quality quality.; don't cut corners, what one man can do, another man can do; invest time and resources in a succession plan so your legacy can live on. The man pays his taxes and doesn't cut corners. I would love to tour this factory. One thing that stuck out was him talking about charity and how he stopped one effort because it wasn't yielding the results he wanted. I would love to discuss his challenges and lessons he's learned and the best way to give back and make impact.
