Dont think so, these high rise Apts must leave 90 to 100 ft both sides and every plot needed to be done this way. Compared to the houses in other areas like Kondapur, Manikoda ect where only 4ft left btw building to building these places will have so much open space with very big and wide roads.

That's Navanaami Eon not SAS Diamond Tower that you showed. Eon is next to Diamond Tower, and Diamond Tower commercial construction is yet to take off except for ground and basement levels.

Is this a proposed 200 ft road? Right now I can see 60ft road. Any document to say 200ft road

The 60ft you see must be future kids school road. This has currently 100ft road and maybe it can be extended to 150ft but I doubt 200ft is possible.

No planning Still only double road each side No bus stop No fire station

There is a 3 to 4 years of extensive construction work and all these things done once completed.

More residential than office byikdings on this particular road. I thought FD is mostly a SEZ

SAS, Western Constructions, Navanaami, Kalyani ect are constructing commercial over there. Its like a mix in that road. If you see Neopolis now, most of the projects are residential only at this point of time.
