I too was impressed by Warm Snow and its visual style and performance. I'm usually not a big roguelike fan as I thinks its been overkilled, but even I was a fan of that one.
Agreed, Signalis definitely delivered from the presentation I was given and I would say beyond when I actually played it for myself. Good use of the mechanics and atmosphere. A german indie horror as well! Here is a quick summary of it's development below that I copied from Google search 😂. "Developed by rose-engine, an indie studio in Hamburg, Germany, composed of just two developers, Yuri Stern and Barbara Wittmann, Signalis is a labor of love that was first conceived of more than 10 years ago."
I have just finished Capes recently. I really enjoyed it. There are a couple of really cringey characters, and a few of the missions are punishingly difficult, but I would definitely recommend it.
Time for me to grab Deadcells. Also, white day is one month after Valentine's day. So March 14th. it's when girls give gifts to boys after they got gifts and chocolates on Valentine's Day. Just thought I'd pile on and let you know of you massive weeb oversight😂
Happy upcoming birthday Alex. I really enjoyed Ys 9, frame drops or not! I am very interested in Warm Snow, but I'm going to hold out for sub $10. Trine Ultimate Collection is 78% off, $10.99. Really fun series of co-op puzzle platformers, reminiscent of The Lost Vikings for my fellow old folks (It's my birthday today, turning 40-something). 😂
Gonna try and go back to the gym. I invite everyone to come and join me. Let's all get in the best shape of our lives! Slowly but surely. Lets go boys and girls
