This Nissan Rogue got damaged in the dogleg section of the quarter panel (dogleg is a slang term for the lower section of the quarter panel right beind the rear door). Some may ask why I don't repair this instead of replace. First off the damage was worse then it appears in the video however the main problem with repairing this particular damage is the way the molding has to snap into the holes. If the holes are not exactly perfect the molding won't fit correctly. Some may just put a bunch of glue behind it and call it done which may look fine when finished but we don't do that type of work.
