How did you weld the tail light pocket to the quarter without replacing the tail light pocket

Most impressive. I did not see you put weld thru primer on most of the spot welds though. Why not? Seems like the rockers and fender would need extra rust protection, even with cavity wax.

So how do you attach the corner panels to the quarters when it's welded, are you just gluing?

So what’s the procedure at the rear seam of the quarter? I don’t see any access to weld it back together. Does it just get glued?

What about the yellow durethane in the front of the wheel arch that you dug out? Is that not needed (sound insulation or strength)?

This would have been an insurance write off in my area. I have no idea how insurance is paying to repair these cars.

Chisel, scrapper, nail puller pry bar, flat screw driver...?

It's an air belt sander with belts for grinding the spot welds. They work great and aren't that much money.

That's where the money is at, don't straighten anything just replace it at the insurance companies expense and it trickles down to the consumers. I guess because the jeep is still worth 50 thousand dollars they don't mind spending $20 thousand.

Yeah that's nice when you got all in new. I actually work on a prelude 1992 and I need to pull all my part from a other car. It take me for ever but will look good at the end!
