Same problem in college campuses dog lovers mostly girls forced street dog to be fed and live in campus and then their hostel is closed off but the dogs started living in boys hostel making menace everywhere and also bit a lot of people (one of the dog lovers also) we fought but the dog lovers brought in humanity and etc and won.

Last year one of my friends child who was special needs child was mauled to death by a pack of stray dogs. Many dog lovers feed these dogs in all possible places.I was very shocked and wrote a post of condolence on my face book page and demanded the state government and local bodies to take action.I was trolled and attacked by dog lovers telling that dog has right to live not just child.Some told the child must have attacked the dogs.This when the child was partially blind, autistic and mentally retarded and not capable of hurting an ant. I have just returned from a US trip .People keep dogs in flats too but these animals are well trained .Owners too carry bags in their hands and immediately clean after the dog messes up anywhere .
As an owner of a senior Rottweiler dog, I completely agree with Guruji. Indian urban places are just not for dogs. This is something I have realized after owning a dog. And it's not just about small or big breeds.
Please make a video on Indian males ( particularly North Indian) obsession with cricket. They think it is their God given right to form teams and play cricket anywhere and everywhere whether In parking lots, children/elderly people’s parks and corridors with complete disregard for others property and peace. My parents lived in a senior citizens colony. Playing cricket was banned in the common area but still some guys would come and play there everyday. They hurt a couple of small kids also but all pleading with them fell on deaf ears. Today, a guy with his family was playing cricket in my building corridor. They were shouting and hitting the ball on the walls and front doors with complete disrespect for neighbors. Finally I had to call apartment security. Whether dog lovers or cricket lovers. Everybody in India wants to usurp common spaces for their selfish interests.

My sister has been diagnosed with PCOD which has made her conceiving chances Nil , Now Her husband and she have adopted 2 stray dogs , She brought them to our home for one week and needless to say they were quite a nuisance.. Even stray dogs are dangerous. I was attacked once and on the verge of being bitten. But when i tell this to someone, people say you must have done something first which provoked them. I mean what the hell !!!

i've seen a farmhouse bordering forest area where multiple dogs were kept as both guard and buffer against.. leopards. in the dead of the night, the leopard would drag one of the dogs away, rest of the dogs would start barking, people got up and turned on the lights etc.. and the farmhouse was saved. one dog taken away :: another dog adopted to take its place. so basically they kept feeding the leopards while protecting everyone else at the same time. i felt it was a good usage of the dogs.most were adopted after being rejects from these city flats.

Dont buy flats in very big societies, apartment society has a limit to be called and realized as one. An apartment society is where you know atleast 70% residents, you see them every now and then, people trust each other because they know them. Society members can meet and agree on rules and can easily penalize non cooperating members. Big societies are chaotic, unsecure, you see stranger everywhere, you can't question anyone.
Sir I live in usa Dallas we have a pet Labrador doodle . We trained him , when he was just a baby , attended pet grooming training classes . Understand English and well behaved . No barking unnecessarily. He travels thousands of miles I. road trip in our car and stayed with us in hotels . In usa many restaurants allows out side patio to have food along with Dog Dogs r given pedicure. Manicure. Shampoo wash etc c. There is medical insurance for pet too . We have big house in usa with open back yard which is 600 ft carpet area . Dogs r very smart . This in usa . Special food for dog too .

I completely agree with this. I've had many conflicts because of people who don't leash their dogs, make foolish comments like "He doesn't bite," he just smells, use loose leashes, or don't clean up after their dogs. Its not a dog issue, but an "Upbringing Ethics Issue". Those who does any of above are super idiots. Street Dogs is another big issue and unfortunately govt does nothing about it.
Very best of residential colonies have dog poop all around …These dog owners residing in flats in these colonies take out their dogs out and let them defecate on the streets and walks shamelessly and even in front of other buildings . Sadly there are no tax or penalties on such acts.
Bohot Bura haal hai Sir, one lady in our society she wanted to hit Guard as he was driving away the street dog as a small girl of around 5 yrs was scared of Dogs and her parents have filed complaint of sitting Dog in front of their main door of Ground floor... I was shocked to see this that the lady had no sensitivity towards small girl and even wanted to hit Guard by his stick but showing love and crying for Dog 😢
In Germany, you cant own a dog without proper training and certificate and you need to obtain a licennse from govt to own a dog/or any pet and need to complete the training of that particular breed, plus you are liable to pay fine/jail terms for whatever your pet does, plus you need to pay per month charges to govt for owning a pet.
This is a burning issue in many societies. Stray dogs are kept and provided free food inside societies by so called animal lovers. Not only children and old ppl, these dogs also attack each other at times, litter around, damage cars, steal stuff and howl, disturb sleep of ppl. No MFkr dog protector is ready to take responsibility of this in the societies.Even some girls take ferocious dogs for walks. Forget about others, these cant even protect themselves if the dog decides to have some fun once it feels annoyed. Even small dogs in chains can bite children of these dog lovers also, then only they will understand how big this problem is. Also, the confined spaces inside apartments are not meant for dogs.
I see this is clearly fear/hatred in the form of concern and the comments section clarifies. While I admire and agree with sir on so many controversial points such as living close to but not with inlaws, how marriage is great in reality, having a dishwasher, hair coloring, etc. I'm afraid this video does not address any real concerns. 1. Regarding Kuttha Kuttha hi hai - not all dogs are the same. Some breeds are meant to be home dogs and yes, even apartments. You cannot leave them on a street, let alone a forest, as they wouldn't survive past a day 2. Comparison with Veg/Non-Veg - This is a personal choice and it also has a religious angle to it. Vegetarians can refuse to enter a place that serves veg/non-veg food. If they are forced to be in a situation where non-veg food is served, they can simply refuse to eat. 3. Comparison with Horses/Elephants - Sure, if it is practical enough for you to keep horses in an apartment, go for it. But similar to some breeds of dogs (Mudhol, Rajapalyam, etc), horses/elephants too are not meant to be kept indoors. 4. Comparison with Cars - Cars are non-living beings and they don't care where they are parked so no point in discussing this further. 5. Comparison with Cigarette smoking - Passive smoking is harmful and 100% of people standing next to smokers are passive smoking themselves. But not 100% of dogs bite 100% of the time 6. Emotional issues - This is just a random statement backed by zero evidence. Are you trying to say that everyone with dogs have emotional issues? Or does everyone with emotional issues have dogs? Just like any other population demographic, there could be a % of people with dogs who have emotional issues as well so blanket statements like this should be avoided. 7. Permission to keep Dogs as per your house size - This means that middle-class people in Tier 1 cities can never keep dogs. As long as the dog's energy is expended by playing/walking, dogs are least bothered about other people in society. It is tying them up and not giving them enough exercise is why some dogs tend to bite/attack people. There definitely are some irresponsible dog owners who are in it for making a quick buck by breeding or just not educated enough about the responsibilities that come with having a dog. Instead of trying to get rid of dogs or banning them from apartment societies, please focus your energy on regulations that help dogs, dog owners, and other people. Some of the points include: 1. Dogs should be on leash at all times the moment it is outside the door 2. Dogs should have a muzzle on if they have a tendency to bite/attack people 3. Anti-rabies and vaccination records should be mandatorily updated 4. Some breeds of dogs are not meant to be in confined spaces and people need to be educated on the same and not a blanket ban instead 5. If there is someone already in the lift that you are trying to enter with your dog, ask for permission before entering the lift. Else, if your apartment has a service lift, use it instead of a passenger lift 6. You are 100% responsible for dog waste. It is your duty to clean it and dispose of it without affecting anyone and the society can impose a heavy penalty for failing to do so. The Supreme Court of India has stated that asking residents to get rid of their pets is illegal.

Sir ek aur caveat hai. Outside india there is a strong culture of neutering dogs and cats maybe 90% do that and then usually they are potty trained pups and then people keep them. As a trend, outside india people live so much distance apart that hardly such stuff happens. Dogs n cats get ample soace to run and all. Its a fact an animal in heat will be more aggressive. Yaha 500sq ft me pati patni bacche maybe saas ya sasur aur kutta! Nd that 500sq ft is along with 2000 other 500 sq ft. Upr se maid, hawkers, guard n horn n traffic. Itti bhasad me insaan insaan ko chaaku maar de rhe h parking ke peeche, to wo bechara kaata jo fir b animal hai. Maybe kaat leta h wo as a frustration ki bhai ab to mje chod dega shayd!

Even Airbnb is a big big Nuisance. Smoking in balcony because of which is others flat is filled up with smoke. This is also a serious issue because other health concerned individuals are suffocating in their flat. The smoke is traveling from one s premises to other so it is the duty of the individual to shut the door window and then smoke as much as they want.
