Helmed by Mr Rui Hai, the second generation hawker carries on his parents' business. His father Mr Peh, the founder, has been serving the dish since 1990s, and is now assisting with the preparation and cooking. Mr Peh’s braised duck has gained a thumbs up by the food critic, Chua Lam (蔡澜).
The luscious braise sauce is slightly herbal, which accentuates the flavour. Sides dishes like braised eggs, Tau Pok, Tau Kwa, pork belly, and more are also served. Dip them into their special homemade chilli sauces to get a spicy punch!
