Circledin sounds sketchy. I don't like the idea of joining some unknown person's family plan and then pay Circledin to pay the account owner for service. Say, if I went with the AT&T plan and needed to activate a new phone, do I go through Circledin (who gets the account owner to assist) or do I go through AT&T?
I’ve been keeping updated with this company. What a amazing way to help people get the most for as low as they can possibly get. Not many I’m sure on their own can get 5 plus lines to max the discount . The only thing really holding me back is if I had to cancel . If I signed up it would be for Verizon or att.
Hi Vincent, if you ever wanted to leave CircledIn, under the account portal there is a button that says "request to leave" and then CircledIn would get the process started for you.
Can you change plans whenever you want? For instance if I wanted the Google Fi unlimited plan for one month and the next month I want to have Google fi unlimited plus plan. Am I able to switch or upgrade?
I used to go through hoops with several t-mobile authorized business resellers. After going through 4 of them I had enough... One of them I lost a number even... thankfully I was smart enough to port my important number to google voice. If you don't mind the aggravation of unexpectedly losing service or needing to port out one day asap then this plan might work for you... if not spend the extra few dollars for piece of mind.
I definitely hear you, CircledIn ACTUALLY has dedicated reps through each of the providers that they work with (unlike these "so called" authorized resellers). But I definitely can understand where you are coming from; from past experience.
@@EB3Studios 3 out of the 4 authorized business resellers I worked with had a dedicated toll free number to reach someone during daytime hours... some were even 24/7 minus holidays.
Eddie, How do they handle mobile hotspots? I’m looking to bring an Alcatel hotspot router on data-only. Of course, the more hotspot data allowed the better. No voice or text necessary.
When it comes to making your own family plan, do you have to have an account or will they help you create one like do you have to have an account with one of the big 3
They offer the ability to join a current circle and also create your own circle if you already have an account with one of the cell phone carriers but you do NOT need an account with any of the big carriers in order to sign up for CircledIn. You can submit an online ticket with CircledIn here and they can help you out: circledin.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=1260807271110 Don't forget to use the following promo code if you happen to sign up for CircledIn for a $5 dollar discount: Eddie-9642
There is currently no circles available for GoogleFi so that's why there isn't any currently listed. CircledIn is in the process of also trying to add additional carriers so in the future there will be more added
Hi Ken, so while the "prices" might not be much different, the "Network Priority" is. It is top tier! People ask me all the time, how they can get the highest network priority because they are tired of having their speeds slow down whenever the "network is busy". CircledIn has also just informed me that on the AT&T Elite/Premium plans, the majority of those plans are going for $35/M and have the activation fees waived. That plan gets you the ABSOLUTE TOP tier priority! And for a low cost, it just can't be beat! Let me know if you if you were meaning something else? If so, i'll be glad to address it.
Color me skeptical. Sounds like a great way to lose your phone number with billing issues or porting issues, or activation issues. This seems rife with problems.
Hi Mike, it sounds like you would not be a great fit for something like this; however, for those out there looking to get the highest network priority at family price pricing, this is a GREAT company for that. As I have discussed in the video, these are the SAME exact data plans that the carriers offer. CircledIn just connects you so that you get the savings. CircledIn has their own dedicated reps at each of the carriers that they work with. EVERYTHING is done directly through and managed from the actual cell phone carriers themself, this includes the activation process. If ANYONE has any questions about ANYTHING, they can contact CircledIn to schedule a call or chat with CircledIn and voice any concerns that they have. Also, if someone wants to leave CircledIn and go somewhere else, you would follow the same procedures for the port out process. This is NOT a "sketchy" company at all. Like i've stated in the video, i've used them for several months and STILL use them and going strong! The whole experience has been great!
