This song was originally written by them for Dionne Warwick. It was a big hit for her with Barry production it and The Bee Gees sung background on it so you might want to react to that one too. Warwick was Whitney Houston’s cousin. Barry and his brothers wrote Dionne’s entire Heartbreaker Cd and Barry produced the entire CD with his regular production team. During this time (the early 80’s), everyone wanted Barry to produce them and wanted the brothers to write for them cause everything they touched during this time turned out to be big hits for other artists like: Islands in the stream with Kenny Rogers & Dolly Parton) All of Barbra Streisand’s GUILTY CD (Barry even does 2 duets with her, but all the songs were written by the brothers) Dianna Ross’s CHAIN REACTION.
