For those wondering the nut is : Walnut Walnuts are very nutritious and can help ones with imbalanced hormones, pcos, improving blood circulation which leads to healhy glowing skin (they contain vitamin E) It is advised to eat 3-4 walnuts per day because they are high in fiber and if you eat more you can gain weight or get diahrrea She is also sharing a walnut soup recipe.

Namaste, During pregnancy consume well balanced meals at regular intervals. Include variety of foods like: millets (ragi, jowar, bajra, rajgeera), all dals and pulses that are cooked well, have 2 colourful fruits per day and 4 servings of vegetables including plenty of green leafy vegetables, curds / buttermilk, milk, paneer, nuts and oilseeds including garden cress seeds.

​@@KensicomusicExcellent comment, hormonal disruption could occur when using plastic in the kitchen, then the execive amount of hormones on farmed animals, which some will get from meat, eggs, milk and butter. To regulate hormones check out some vegetables like broccoli.

@@rogerinkeywest absolutely, yes. Plastic ( BPA ) and hormones in meat, dairies ( especially cow milk ) are very problematic. It’s important to first detox the liver ( artichoke tea 3 times a day for a week is a really good option ) and then, indeed, incorporate crucifers vegetables into the diet ( brocolis, cauliflowers, Brussels sprouts, kale etc… ), eat as much organic as possible is also very important. Limit intake of alcohol, especially beer. But before doing all that, it is wise to first see a doctor and make sure that there is no hormonal imbalance that would explain for sure why this is happening.

Mam unable to find my problem, am facing brown spotting for 5to6days after periods 10th day, .. took many tests and scans to know my abdomen... After taking tablets also problem didn't resolved, doctor said it may be bcoz of hormonal imbalance.. Does anybody facing issue like this ., What is the solution to stop.. am really really feeling bad bcoz of this, I wants to take care of my kids.. nothing should happen to me is only my concern.. plz help mam want should I eat to clear this

Actually pressure cooking is bad as per Ayurveda. May b she/Maa Hansa ji said this as per present people's busy & lazy life style. If she says to do open cooking in a pan for -30min, soak for 5-6hrs etc then most people won't even feel interested to follow such healthy rules🙏🏻

Namaste. Nehjuji, In PCOD the ovaries start releasing immature eggs that lead to hormonal imbalances and swollen ovaries, among other symptoms; while in PCOS, endocrine issues cause the ovaries to produce excess androgens, which makes eggs prone to become cysts.

Breathing exercises you can do. Avoid kapalbati and intensive yoga postures. Lighter exercises are ok.

It's always a good idea to consult with a qualified yoga teacher or healthcare professional if you have any concerns or questions about practicing yoga during your period.

Wow thanks, no matter if you’re 40 or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised.
