Very important still two things I clearly disagree is that you can be the most important part of a company as is if you are the owner, have particular skills or inputs that make valuations as they are actually variable without lowering any other essential or even less essential contributions and two that learning skills cannot be developed or augmented as you have a considerable amount way and styles that can be needed in different situation and that is not necessarily a innate one even if it's mandatory to develop to hold certain positions... 0:10
