Again with the caffeine thing, I'm someone who, after having to quit it completely, realized just how prevalent it is, I don't think it's that bad BUT I do think people are being uninformed or under informed on the potential health risks. People made sodium, a vital mineral, the hypertension boogie man when it's a genetic mutation that actually makes sodium increase BP at all. And even with that it's still very critical that you get enough. Caffeine on the other hand will always increase blood pressure and has no nutritional value.
