Great one! One of the things that helped me most in my life is taking my weaknesses and seeing how I can use them as strengths. It's interesting how you can reframe most situations and that simple action alone can have a huge impact.
@@emilio_mlx I am not sure that my approach is smart. It all comes down to practice wich sometimes can take years. I usually disco ver my weakness trough journaling and then I search online for solutions, ask people or read a book on the subject..
It's better if you repeat 1 important thing more times, than saying 100 things that aren't necessary. Eventually, you will find one caption that works for you and your brain will remember it.
