My main complaint with the game is that it is super slow starting out as a new player, but after that its kind of fun if you ignore the grinding elements
Its genuinely Insane how the game still has a community, albeit not as active as It formerly was; Really shows how dedicated people are to waiting for this update.
Fantastic frontier's early game wouldn't be as bad if players have natural regen and more quests similar to pipe rifle. Once you are strong enough to explore nightmare and do otherworld tower, shit gets real wild.
Precisely. The biggest reason people don't stick to FF is that the early-game kinda sucks. Sadly, most people that tried the game have never tasted the thrilling, bizarre, FANTASTIC content it has to offer because of that. The devs know this and are giving the new-game experience extra special care in the next, humongous update.
I was playing this game for like 1 month, pretty good imo, I reached endgame in the meaning of equipment and then I tried to get every single item from itempedia, bc I had basically nothing else to do. That's when I walked away from FF for good, as I am not the type of player who wish to 100% the game. Also the only thing that was keeping me sane with these crazy grinds like ratboy's handgun from cirrus or deli, were friends I made along the way. Unfortunately, all of them stopped playing. Eventho I feel like I was a bit forced to quit this game, I don't regret any hour I spend on playing it.
lol they are special people, its easy for them, you cant "put creativity" you can put effort, they are just talented they didnt put effort in the idea but surely they did put effort in the game
i love fantastic frontier so much, it allowed me to meet some of my closest friends whom i still talk with today. i hope the update comes out soon since i last played it in 2020 when i got the tophat
As an endgame player in ff I will admit it can be hugely grind and rng based and ocxasionally glitchy and boring after a while, but all in all the best experience I ever had when starting out. 1000000/10 game
I think you should check out Northwind, it's an amazing-quality rpg. (rn 120 players active). You can grow crops or cook stuff, or hunt stuff, or pvp other player-factions. Pretty much something for everyone
im so agreeing with u i’ve been playing on and off for a few years now im not close to the end game but still one of my favorite games and it’s definitely doesn’t feel like a roblox game
as someone who has beaten ff 3 times in 5 months, please stop giving this game attention because new players keep begging for "trades" whenever they see someone w the tophat.
I e been playing ff since 2017 quit playing it 2020. Want to come back to it now in 2024 but I’m Completly lost and forgot everything I have some of the rarest stuff in the game I think I even have the frog badge
Eventually the game will get the biggest yet last update of the game, they will triple the map size, obviously make a 2nd dimension to fight the archangel, dragon and the otherworldly overseer, waiting for 4 years this update, they’ll also turn it into a steam game probably, they are intending to do so
Thats fine everybody has diffrent tastes, i personaly dislike adopt me and brookhaven bc i dont like that type of games and simulators have gotten quite boring for me.
I’m a mobile player so I can’t play this game 😭😭😭 any other game recommendations? Edit: at 2:46 you should also mention that the game doesn’t have mobile support so 90% of players can’t play the game.
btw not enough information is good to me and the difficulty thats why i play it :P and lets be real ppl who play ff have a problem in their heads ( were tooooo smart for this world) and average people arent smaaar
